i love this company. I ordered 5 vapes in the wrong flavor and I sent an email asking if I could return them for the correct ones. I got a return label in about 10 minutes. And this was all done online. I'm not used to getting that kind of customer service these days so I had to post a review. Thank you so much AP.

Through email exchanges I had an issue with one of my deliveries they had sent out the wrong item I emailed customer service and they were prompt in responding to me they asked for a picture of the products that were sent out and at the end they asked me if I wanted a refund
I replied no can they please send out the correct item and they were quick to respond in fixing the issue by shipping out the correct item.
They are on top of their issues and rectify everything quickly I am forever a loyal customer to them

There service is great, pretty decent delivery time. Customer service is excellent. I've had multiple orders through them and only once there was an issue and they resolved the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend them and I'm going to continue using them.

I have been purchasing my vapes from alternative pods for a few months now. I am in TN and they don't sell the vape that I like in stores.
Alternative vapes shipping is extremely quick. They are a little bit more on the expensive side but there vapes actually work and come with package protection. They do have a payment plan option that helps out a lot as well.
I had one issue with a vape that I just did not like the flavor, and they were nice enough to send me a credit for that vape without even sending it back.
Customer service is very nice, professional and quick to get back to you with any issues or concerns.
I will continue to shop for my vapes here and recommend to my fellow vape smokers.

Received two different disposables. Both did not work. Reported immediately. Did not get any feedback. Reported again. No feedback.

UPDATE: Alternative Pods reached out and totally resoved this issue this morning (10/23/24).
I appreciate what they did for me and will continue to purchase from this company. They were very apologetic and talked to me directly.

Excellent customer service! I never had any problems with the products, but when I was mistakenly shipped the wrong flavor of vape I was sent a replacement with priority shipping the very same day. I will definitely be ordering from this company every time from now on!

I’ve been buying from alternative pods off and on for years. Always great quality. In about 3 years only one thing I’ve ordered had problems and their customer service was stellar. Sam replied immediately and worked with me to resolve my issue and get another product out within 24hrs. Shoutout SAM! Thanks for your diligence and attention.

The customer service was outstanding! I placed an order and got assistance from a chat session with them. They quickly shipped the order but unfortunately UPS made a mistake, so it went to the wrong house which could be confirmed based on the picture they took of the package and house included. Well it was obvious that wasn’t my house. But through the virtual chat Alternative Pods has sent out a replacement order that will require signature. It took no long wait to get this done. I highly recommend Alternative Pods!
