Excellent communication & customer service!

This was our second very successful order with Alternative Pods. I had an issue with my order. I emailed them about it & they fixed the problem immediately for me. I received this order a few days later, earlier than I anticipated.

I’ve been ordering from Alternativepods.com (not to be confused with alternative-pods.com) for almost a year now. Their prices are unbeatable and I’ve searched A LOT. I only recently had a reason to write customer service about an ordering issue that happened on the website and they responded quickly assuring me my order would ship correctly. I received the order today and it was in fact correct. I’m not sure what the issue is with the website messing up quantities and hope that is fixed soon, but overall my experience has been great with this company and would highly recommend them!

Their customer service goes above and beyond. I've never had an issue with these guys. If anything does happen, they quickly rectify the situation and make sure you're well taken care of.

I have always had fabulous experiences with them. The only issue I ever had was an order being placed on hold and I was able to have that resolved via email within 40 minutes. Alternative Pods have the best brands in online shopping and any shopping!! their prices are cheap compared to many other vape stores and really cheap compared to any store or shop in Portland Oregon!! I've been a loyal customer for four years now and the few mishaps that did happen were immediately responded to and fixed! Sam at customer service goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets corrected. He is an excellent customer service rep!! I will NEVER buy vapes from anywhere else because they carry the best brands that are my fav!! the apple tobacco by Hydra is to die for!! and R and M also have many of my fav vapes and they also have new items coming on a regular and shipping is fast considering I live on other side of the US from alternative pods which are located in Bensenville Illinois it only takes 3 days! they pack it and ship the same day if you put your order in by 2pm. Thanks Alternative Pods for bringing such qood quality vapes!! I very much appreciate you all, especially Sam!! he has always helped me get things straightened out when I encounter any problems!! not to mention I've quit smoking cigs for 4 years now thanks to affordable vapes at Alternatives!!

I have been using alternative pods ever since my cousin showed me their website a little over a year ago. They always have the vaps and flavors I want and I have never had a problem with a bad or faulty vape. I never have to worry what the local vape shop has in store anymore and that is very refreshing. And on top of that, their prices are so good they are saving me money! Especially with the additional coupons from signing up with them.

The only issue I did have so far was handled very quickly by Sam in customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I plan on using AP for many future orders, they are the best in the business!
