I bought a pc for somebody else but have only good things to say about the whole process. Some items from my order were not in stock and so upgrades were offered in place for no extra cost. Good communication, fast delivery, I could not ask for any more. The recipient of the pc is very happy with everything and I will happily use this company again.

I ordered an AlphaSync PC with the specs of a Ryzen 7 5800X and 3060ti and I have to admit for the price I paid this PC is an absolute killer. It can run quite literally any game I play including ones that require amazing specs on max graphics with over 100 FPS. I am very happy with the PC and couldn't ask for better performance.

Seems to be a good PC at the price point. Happy with it so far, would recommend. I accidently broke the removable glass panel when setting up the PC and alphasync/ebuyer were very quick to help and send out a replacement.

Simple said. Just try it.. Its good. Worth the money. With my one month of experience, I would say its the best budget computer for me (a guy who plays games, use VM's and watch tons of movies.)

I spent 3k on a new custom computer 1 year and 8 months ago today. Alphasync will repair but will charge for any parts changed

WARNING Alphasync will not abide by manufacturers part warranties.

I selected more expensive parts for their long warranty. Only to find out that the power supply that has 10 years warranty will not be honered by Alphasync.

Please use other providers that will honor parts warranties.

What can I say. Ordered my new pc and came next day. The pc has been running great. Ebuyer have amazing deals on pc parts and pre built pc. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your first pc without the hassle of building it yourself

PC arrived in good time. It performed as advertised. It was a huge improvement on the one It was replacing ... admittedly 8 years old! The ebuyer website offered a very good range of PCs to choose from. Impressed by the follow-up call to check I was happy and ask if I had any questions about the PC.

We got an excellent deal with an AlphaSync PC purchased from eBuyer recently as an upgrade for our gaming PC. From the price (which was such a bargain) to tracking, delivery (next day) and packaging (specialised internal padding) to getting it up and running was faultless. Brilliant PC, runs so well, fast, high FPS, amazing case, all the accessories, optional remote for the RGB. 3 years warranty and even a follow up call from AlphaSync to make sure everything is ok. Cannot fault and would definitely highly recommend and buy again.

My son is over the moon with his new PC. Very pleased with ease of use and speed. My son is using it to plays games and make music.

The only downside was I was unable to fit a wi-fi card as there is no space so had to purchase a Wifi USB and I didn’t realise the PC did not have bluetooth.

I’ve had two computers from alpha sync and they’ve been fantastic.
After buying my first one for myself I fell in love with it that much I went and bought one for my friend.
I usually build or upgrade my computer myself but for the price of the prebuilts by alpha sync you would actually be saving £20-£50 if you got it from them rather than sourcing the parts yourself so it was a genuine no brainer choice.
I ordered mine from ebuyer and I got next day delivery. Packaged really really well, definitely felt comfortable that it would turn on first time. Smart foam used to protect the graphics card from bending and foam/polystyrene to protect the case and glass. Never had to use their support as of yet, so I’m really pleased seeing both of the computers working fantastically.
Inside both computers the cables were tidy, giving a very professional look.

Everything as advertised, smooth experience and no issues. Windows and all drivers pre-installed, just plug and play:) The only little thing, I cant make remote for led work but that's probably just me:)
