Hi Alphasync team,
I just wanted to say thankyou for building such a fantasic PC. I've had it for around 2 years maybe and its been brillant. I especially appreciate that you used top qaulity components like the Corsair RM850 power supply and many other great components, like the PC case and cooling which has made upgrading in the future really easy. Its been reliable from day one with great performance up to date, i am genuinely impressed with the care and thought that went into building my PC

Don’t make the mistake of buying a pc from these. Firstly, cheap sh*t parts and mine had a faulty motherboard.

Poorly built, felt like it was just all crammed in there, no cable management just bunches of tangled cables making it much harder to maintain and clean.

Longevity, last a couple years but was a painful few years, never in my life have a seen a PC with decent specs struggle so badly with the most basic tasks and watching the life drain from it day by day

I’m glad I finally replaced this crap with a legit pc suitable for use. Only reason it has not been in landfill was because I desperately needed a pc but even so a hamster in a wheel could probably provide a better experience then what the last few years have given me.

I had bought a great gaming PC.

I'm wanting to get in contact with Alphasync to get them to help with my PSU failure but I'm unsure how to get in contact. So please if your from customer service can you send some details.

I've purchased a PC from AlphaSync through eBuyer 4 years ago and was relatively pleased with the performance and reliability so I purchased another last year.

this new one has been subject to randomly shutting down over the last few months and I've identified the issue as the CPU overheating (AIO pump likely culprit).

The problem with AlphaSync is that with the recent events with eBuyer going into administration, my warranty is no longer valid.

AlphaSync do not seem to have an official website or contact details so I'm left with a rather expensive and useless brick.

If anyone actually from AlphaSync sees this I would appreciate a number or email to contact

Manned by a bunch of teenage boys who have no skills in dealing with queries.

Not necessarily their fault, perhaps they’re not provided with any training.

Thanks to AlphaSync and its failings I lost EVERYTHING on my harddrive.

I got this system 2 month ago and it is running so slow no malware or viruses.
You do not get the FPS they state
You cannot get answers without paying for help
You may as well bang you're head against a brick wall

I will never ever buy from this company ever again i would advise you to spend money with a more reputable company what will actually help you.

Well first of all, for context i needed ONE fan to be repaired and this chain of nightmare events happened; they were out of stock of fans when we sent the pc in which is reasonable but they need to be more prepared to have fans for customers. Second of all, the technician took a while to simply do a new fan system as a sorry which I am greatful for but they made the wires very unorganised unlike when i first bought the pc. Aswell as, they somehow broke my D drive, which they ensured wouldn't break, thankfully the C drive is safe and the funny thing is that they didn't even replace the one fan that needed fixing... so we had to send the pc back. The only good thing they did was the new casing and they promised they would replace my D drive with a ssd drive that has 1tb. It better be a decent one. I was now meant to have my pc today or yesterday but now they somehow mess things up, I'm not sure how, and now my pc is arriving on Monday and just to remind you about this, I've been waiting to get one single fan and nothing much to be repaired for 4-5 weeks now. I'm sorry but it's not great service and I'll be not happy if they didn't do a great fix for this nightmare - OJ

I had my alphasynch gaming PC delivered last week and I am delighted with it - it is running all games at high/ultra graphics with no problem at all.

I ordered a build from Alphasync, from confirmation of order to receiving the PC was less that a week.

The quality of the PC is fantastic, cable management superb and everything set up and ready to go. They include a get started guide and all the spare cables/parts for each piece of hardware in the PC.

The PC runs absolutely perfectly and games are running exceptionally well.

The cost was far better than any other site I browsed when making my decision and the reviews were there to back it up.

I would recommend AlphaSync if you want a PC built and are unsure how to do it yourself (or even if you know what you are doing, working it out it wouldn't have been much cheaper to order each part and do it yourself really).

Very highly recommended.

Ordered a pc over two weeks ago that I need for work. Ordered it from Alphasync due to their 3-5 business days delivery claim. A week passes and I get emails containing nothing words such as "We believe it will be sent out soon"... I then enquire later if I can have an estimate on the day it will arrive. I then get told my pc is ready and they had trouble booking delivery for it and was promised it would be here soon. Another week then passes and the excuse changes to "There was an issue with the motherboard in the system and we have to order a new one". How would an issue in the motherboard be detected AFTER it was ready for delivery and had been attempted to be sent to me. It's all just a bunch of lies and going to cancel my order. They won't send you any updates if your pc ends up taking longer than expected, you will have to chase up about it and you will be told whatever excuse they think will satisfy you.

I had some strange issues with my PC, Spencer chatted to me via email to see if it could be fixed remotely, unfortunately I had to send my PC back. I had gotten rid of my box and they quickly dispatched another and arranged collection for me. It was gone for less than a week, it wasn't long at all. It got returned and its been working well. (I am having other issues but im sure theyll be resolved just as quick!)

The computer arrived in perfect condition just as advertised and it has been working great.

IT help has been great, very responsive eventhough im pretty sure the warranty has expired.

While the system itself is my brothers I havee used it plenty of times to know that it is a solid system .

My PC was delivered next day and was built to perfection, the team at alpha sync had also adjusted the bios to allow the ram to run at it's full 3666mhz straight out the box!

The team are super efficient at replying to any questions I've asked be that through social media or email and always show a genuine passion in wanting to resolve my issue.

All in all I will definitely be purchasing systems and hardware through Alphasync again and would 100% recommend this company to anybody looking for PC hardware or prebuilt!

The PC I bought is fantastic! Had a slight issue where my Fan hub had gone faulty within a month of buying the PC. However they were quick to replace the part completely free of charge and without question. Above all great service as well!

Contacted Alphasync enquiring about memory modules for my Alphasync computer. Spencer Wood was quick to respond and gave great advice. Highly recommend them for a custom / pre-built pc. Very impressed.

New Alphasync bundle arrived on time and was very well packaged. After removing old motherboard from my tower I found that the new motherboard complete with processor and cooler a breeze to fit. When I first started the machine up and after going through the preliminary testing, I found that what I’ve got is a very fast machine. It’s quick to boot up and very quick at getting the information that I have inputted. All in all for my needs I have a great machine. I’m very pleased that I have purchased this bundle.
