Exceptional Quality of Alphabet Blocks
The 16 block set of alphabet blocks were higher quality than I expected for the price. Made of maple, smooth edges, child could stack all 16 in a tower! Highly recommend!

First and last time shopping here
Was sent the wrong letter and since this was a gift that I needed before leaving town I asked that it be expedited or shipped to the address I would be at. The request was ignored, I didn't even receive a response back, and I had to pay extra to ship it myself so the kid could have a complete present with his name spelled correctly.
UPDATE - There are some inaccuracies in the reply from the company. I received the order with an incorrect letter on a Wednesday and contacted the company telling them I needed the correct product by Thursday as I was leaving town Friday morning before the mail arrives. They then chose to ship it USPS Priority which is 1-3 day service, not 2 day as they stated. They "promptly" shipped out the replacement using a service that they knew wouldn't arrive in time for me to receive it. I have all the emails with this info. After seeing the tracking number showing it would arrive after I left, I THEN contacted them requesting it be changed to a new address which they DID NOT accommodate or even acknowledge. It's easy to reroute packages with carriers, it can even be done online without even calling. The fact that they would reply with lies just shows what a terrible company they are. This was a present for a child's birthday, it was pretty embarrassing to have to give him a misspelled gift. Avoid at all costs.

I had to return the trains for a…
I had to return the trains for a refund. All of them expect one either had the paint chipped, or one of them had green paint on the yellow car, the engine had a ding in the front of it where you could see the exposed wood, etc. Not at all the quality that I expected. The transference of paint wouldn't be caused by this, but the dings might-and that is they weren't rapped tightly or individually with bubble wrap. One piece of it was wrapped around all of them. In shipping it had dislodged and they just banged together. Needs a lot of work on at least the shipping and quality control as well. Shouldn't have green paint on a yellow car.

We try to do our best while packing the toys so that the no damage befalls them in transit. However, some couriers do not take utmost care while handling package and sometime packaging becomes loose and merchandise is damaged during transit.
Unfortunately, this is a normal fact of life however, we completely guarantee our customer shopping experience. That is why upon hearing about the problem from you we offered either a replacement or a full refund upon the return of the product.
We then supplied you with FREE return label and refunded your money in full once we received the package back from you.
We hope that you had no problem in returning the item and the process was as smooth as possible.
