They accidentally sent me one of the wrong letters and when I notified them of the error they sent the correct letter right away. I really appreciated this!

The train is very cute and exactly what I wanted!

All 4 of our grandchildren have one of your trains and enjoy them. When we ordered the last train, one of the letters in the name was missing and you sent the missing letter quickly when I notified you. The only other issue is the letter "D." It looks like an "R" due to the way the letter is cut out. It upsets our granddaughter "EDEN" as people see her train and call her "EREN"

Colors were just as I requested. My grandchild was very excited when he unwrapped them at Christmas.

This is second train set we are ordering from the company. The trains are well made and packed. Our sons love them and they are sturdy enough to survive multiple years with curious and very active toddlers.

Very helpful, prompt reply to a small website issue that wouldn’t let me order. Made me feel better about having to report it and encouraged me to go back and buy what I’d been looking at. Thank you so much!!

I ordered The alphabet trains and it was very high quality. I had a slight problem with the order which customer service corrected very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will order from them again.

I would not recommend buying from this site. I had a hard time placing my order. I didn’t get a confirmation so I ordered from somewhere else. Silly me, the order did go through and I was charged. I called customer service, to initiate a return had to leave a message and no one ever got back to me. So, my nephew now has two trains.

Great Trains made in my home state of Vermont. Very happy with the finished product. Bought 2 trains and both were beyond expectations. My brothers and I each had one of these when we were kids and I wanted to pass that along to my son and his cousin. Would buy again and again.

First the Puzzle Stool is very cute. Wish they had better communication on their website when ordering, ordered the Jewel color for boy stool, no place to add comments while ordering. I sent a email requesting no girl colors on stool. Received order 10 weeks after ordering and has 2 Pink letters and the others were boy colors (pink was the only color used twice).

The puzzles were very poor quality and not handmade . The delivery was expensive. The return was expensive. The first time I sent a question it was ignored. The last time the information about the refund was very unclear. So I lost a lot of money mailing this gift to me and back to you because the description and look online are not the poor quality that it really is.

The name puzzle board was beautiful! Quality workmanship on the cutting, painting and finishing. My 2-year old is already learning his colors and knows how to put the pieces together. Before long, we’ll teach him letters and how to spell his name. A great gift!
