Returning an item is actually quick and straightforward. All returns are submitted through our returns portal, which can be found at the bottom of our website. Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive clear instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.
Just a quick note: the return does need to be submitted within 14 days of your order arriving, in line with our returns policy.

Ordered 30 inch 12mm patterned gold belcher chain but order took just over week when it said 48hr delivery and they don't respond to meesages on regular basis you have to message them 5 or 6 times to get a reply chain not to bad but does look longer and looks bigger in pics but chain not to bad bit expensive for what it is could be cheaper price chain arrived in the end today 5th Nov I haven't worn chain yet so when worn few times if there are any issues I'll do another review

EDIT*****MEMBER OF STAFF REACHED OUT FOUND MY ORDER ADVISED NEW EMAIL BEING USED HENCE DELAY. OFFERED TO REFUND IF INSPECTION PROVES PRODUCTION FAULT OR REPLACE IF POOR QUALITY. I NEVER GOT ROUND TO IT EVEN THOUGH IM IN MY WARRANTY I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT BUT INSTEAD MADE HUSBAND AWARE NOT TO BELIEVE EVERYTHING HE READS. IF YOU WANT EXPENSIVE COSTUME JEWELLERY DEFO HERE OTHERWISE STAY AWAY. IVE UPPED TO 3 FROM 1 STAR BASED ON STAFF MEMBERS POLITENESS ONLY!!! I USED RESOLVER TO GET ANSWER IM TOO BUSY TO FOLLOW IT UP

I bought a gorgeous gold bracelet from all wear London as a gift for my husband. I couldn’t have chosen a better company. The quality is outstanding, you couldn’t have got a better bracelet at a cheaper price elsewhere. Customer service was so friendly and helpful and communication was quick. My order arrived within 2 days which was super and my husband was over the moon with his gift. He has already picked out a chain for Christmas !

I ordered a bracelet for my husband for his birthday. I didn’t realise they came in 2 sizes and the one I ordered didnt fit. The return timeframe is 14 days and it has long passed but as a good will gesture the company have allowed me to return it for the bigger size with no extra cost! I’m absolutely delighted and I know my husband will be too. Thank you ❤️

Ordered 3 items on 4/8/2025 and returned one item for an exchange over a month ago using the correct method stated on their website. Not received the new item or a refund. Contacted their customer service via email over a week ago and still not had a response since.
Customer service clearly isn’t a priority for this company avoid at all costs!
UPDATE
I got a response over a month ago claiming my exchange has been posted out and I should receive the following day, yet I’ve received nothing and not had a response back in over a week!

Fast delivery, easy transaction. I ordered from all wear as I was unfortunately burgled of my sentimental gold chain last year on holiday. The chain looks good and compared to my other one it is much lighter and more comfortable to wear.
