We can’t currently locate this case, as no order number or name was left with the review. We always aim to respond to emails, and during the Christmas period there were some delays due to very high volumes, but we certainly haven’t ignored customers intentionally. Our returns portal has been fully operational, and any reported issues are usually resolved quickly once we’re made aware.

We’re really sorry to hear this has been your experience. All items we send out are brand new and quality checked before dispatch, so discoloration without any wear would be highly unusual.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

We did receive the bracelet back, and upon inspection it showed visible scratches and signs of wear. Despite this, we replaced the bracelet completely free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The replacement was dispatched the next working day after we received the return, and delivery was completed two days later.

We also want to clarify that refunds are not refused arbitrarily — our policies are clearly outlined, and in this case a free replacement was issued despite the item showing wear, which goes beyond our standard warranty terms.

We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, but there are times when replies may slightly overlap with processing and dispatch, which appears to be what happened here — the replacement was already on its way shortly after your review was left.

We’re really sorry to see this review and to hear about your experience — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

At present, we’re unable to locate any order or prior contact using only the name Michael. We’ve checked our emails, webchat, social media messages and order records, and without an order number, email address, or delivery postcode, we’re unable to identify which order this relates to.

If a parcel is marked as delivered while a customer is away, Royal Mail will usually leave it in a nominated safe place or at the delivery address provided. That said, we absolutely do not ignore customers reporting delivery issues, and we’re more than happy to investigate this properly once we have the correct details.
