I had a consultation this morning. The gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and professional and easy to talk to. It was extremely interesting to learn my DNA analysis for helping my skin. I just ordered the A & A2. I am super excited. I can't wait to start using it.

I thought waiting Weeks to talk to someone to review the report and adding products to a cart was awful. I spent almost 40 minutes on the phone when I could have read the report myself. The report should be provided immediately and if someone wants to consult with someone - then provide the ability to setup an appointment.
