At Bare Aesthetic it was not great the owner couldn’t do touch up for my treatment of Botox WICH in the first treatment I had. She told me no it was a mistake after had spent almost 3000 dollars. She screamed she is the owner I will never return to this office bad behavior

Beware of Alle, their product offers are a SCAM. Purchased the credit cards for services and found out that customer service told me that I'm unable to use them. I told the rep that is Alle selling products for a scam. He said, YES!! Don't purchase the credit card unless you want to throw away your money.

I bought and used Allel products recommended to me by Sunny who called to advise me of my DNA skin results and what to add to my cart.
I was supposed to receive a sunscreen, but received an extra foam cleanser and eye cream instead as they were out of stock.
After I emailed advising that the Sunscreen was not in my package I was promised a delivery once back in stock free of charge but nothing yet.
I have emailed in regards to this on the 22nd May 2021 but no response.
I am really not sure why these products cost as much as $4000 as my results weren't extraordinary even though I followed all steps daily as advised.
I felt as if I was pressured into buying these and felt extremely awkward when asked to add item to my cart and enter my card details.
I know that it was my own doing but it is a very clever way to sell something that does not need to cost so much. Cosmetic treatments provide guaranteed results and cost less.

My consultation was pleasant, very interesting and informative. This was also a sales pitch. I was told what to put in my sales cart and told I could contact customer service within 24 hours to change or cancel my order. I emailed my cancelation of the order the next morning and received an acknowledgement of my email. No further action, contact or cancellation, was taken and my order and my CC were processed, $4100. My vanity would love to use the products, my budget won't let me.

Quite interesting to hear about you skin problems based on your DNA. The representative was very thorough. Waiting to see results from the products.

I found the report was performed very inteligently and the information he provided were exceptional and close to the truth. I thank you again for the service you provided and I feel that the Gentleman who performed the Reporting of the Results should be given a pat on the back. It was my pleasure speaking to my adviser today; to go over my DNA for skin care. I’m excited to start my new adventure into a new avenue of skin care. As soon as I receive my products; I will trash all my lotions and facial cream; that has done nothing for me; except empty my wallet.

Unfortunately most of the products have a fragrance/scent to them. I was told they did not. I like the product but am unable to use fragrance as I'm allergic to it. I have tried to reach out to return the products and still have not heard back from anyone. Trusting they will honor the return as I have only had the products a few days.

I have been using the Allel products for a little over 2 months now and absolutely love the products. At 57 I realize that the results will be a little slower than if I were younger. But I am loving what I am seeing so far. Looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months.

I am so excited to have received my A2 cream. It is like nothing else on the market in the skin care line. And the eye cream is incredible. Thank you Allél for making an incredible skin care line for us, specific to our skin type. Grateful and thankful to you.

Was skeptical at first but the brand is really great. Wish it was less expensive but it does really last for ages that it kind of evens out in the long run. Just got my second batch and I haven’teven finished first one yet. It has been 7months now. Also I notice my pigmentation has lessened eventhough it is not meant to get rid of it. I do wish they had a product targeting pigmentation specifically as I believe it would really work. Super that the brand is Vegan too!

The person who went over everything on the phone was exceptional nice & extra accomodating. Excellent experience so far! Look forward to using the products!

My skin is so ridiculously sensitive, dry, eczema, I had almost given up trying to find creams I don’t react to. I had reviewed a number of potential skin DNA sites and this one had the most appropriate SNPs analysis for the areas I was interest in. It also really helped that the Allél team were so helpful and friendly. I spoke with Sivana who went through the background, checked I was okay, any questions and reviewed my results; part was not a surprise, another part was really helpful in understanding so definitely good to do. Sivana has really good knowledge, is so friendly, approachable with a great attitude. It was more like a conversation with a friend. I have started using the products, only a few days in, so very early days, but so far I love them! Simple and quick to apply. My skin feels so soft and I only need to use small amounts.
