Everything is very organized and easy to get. I got a few calendar options, then a couple of reminders for my call and finally the call. It was a detailed explanation of how my skin is and what I need and what I don't. I talked to Benjamin who was very nice and also funny. The call is long, and you'll need to be close to a computer, so reserve the time. I received the package less than a week later. Before that they sent me an ups tracker to know when it arrive. I have now to do the routine and in 3 months, i will be able to tell more.

The customer service was excellent and I look forward to trying my product. From what I learned, I am expecting rapid and long lasting results. I will post a follow up review but the professionalism of the staff and their correspondence is commendable.

These products are ridiculously expensive and the treatment plan - at least for me - had several steps and different products that needed to be purchased. I went with the first round of products for my most critical need and $1000 later I can say I’ve seen NO SIGNIFICANT improvement in my skin. Complete waste of money - take heed and do not purchase!!!!

Sivana was very professional, pleasant, patient and helpful during the consultation. She explained my DNA results very well and it was easy to understand. I have received my products and have used them for only 3 days and I can tell that the feel of my skin is more soft than before. It used to feel and look dry and dull. I am looking forward to continuing using the products and see the anticipated great results based on what I see and feel right now.

Seemed more important to have me put items in my cart to buy, than helping me to understand why I needed them. It was just buy, buy, buy!!!

Great call and very excited to get my shipment

This was professionally executed call except that they did not alert me that my payment would be processed internationally and it created multiple calls to have my bank approve the payment. This dragged out the call and resulted in multiple calls from my bank and from Allel. They need to warn people ahead of time about the payment logistics.

Sunny was simply and absolutely excellent. He explained my DNA and which products would be best with my skin. I am excited to try this new line of skincare because I have noticed since I am getting older, my skin is changing. Some products may work now, but have chemicals which will make it worse for when I get older. I first will try the A^2 line, but there a couple of other lines I will invest in as well. I was so excited to have received the foaming cleanser and eye cream along with my order. Thank you Sunny and thank you Allel for creating this wonderful product line of skin care for us!!

Joseph was very clear in his explanations and was willing to let me ask questions and made the conversation a pleasure even though his goal was to sell products, which was expected, I did not feel any pressure to do so.

I thought this was a super interesting thing todo but I felt like I have issues and didn’t know that they would be so expensive to fix. The person who helped me was super kind and nice but I felt like pressured to pay for these items even though they tried to help out with free vitamins. I essentially had to Cancell as soon as it was placed and do hope that they honor my request. It was done right away! I’m sure it’s great if affordable.

I received the products without any specifics of usage. I was told that I was to receive a summary in my email....I did not.

Hello..l just got off the phone with Benjamin..what a Darling.
I wad quite nervous..believe it or not..l am 71 yeats old..anf this was my fist Conference call..and Benjamin made me feel very much at ease..being an ESTHETICIAN..l understood alot of what he was lalking about..he is very knowledgable..plus.
He was very patient..me being GERMAN..some of the termeknowlegy l couldn't quite understand..but Benjamin informed me quite well with kindness..if l had a problem understanding..all l can say ..Benjamin is an asset to your company..and l like to thank him again for his kindness..all of you stay well and safe..thank you again 👍😊😊..With a smile Ciao Edeet
