I ordered what I thought was an Iceman…
I ordered what I thought was an Iceman it turned out to be just a wrap for the knee for one. When I called your customer service your agent was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I still haven't recieved my RMA # so I can send the item back. I am calling again tomorrow if I don't get it.

did NOT receive item described. called customer service agent was not interested. would not allow return even thou stated in ad that returns were accepted. very uncaring and unfriendly place to do business. will most likely need to contact B.B.B. to get any kind of action from them.or I will be stuck with an over priced stand that I cannot use. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH. if there was a lower rating than 1 star I would have used it!

The wedge seat cushion with removable…
The wedge seat cushion with removable pommel was effective in helping my Mother’s seating position in her wheelchair. The cushion dimensions were not available on the website, specifically front edge thickness of 3 inches which tapers to 1 inch at the back.
