They did an unauthorized credit card…
They did an unauthorized credit card transaction. I made 2 calls. Money came out of my account and it has not been returned to my bank as of yet. I called my bank and they are working with me. 284.75. I left a message with a supervisor to call me, I haven't received a call back either.

Probably the most inefficient customer service department I have ever had to deal with. Product was excellent. I probably won’t use them again though.

I ordered my package a month ago and…
I ordered my package a month ago and didn't receive it only to find out that my package was returned due to not having my apartment number. The package was returned to the post office and shipped back to AliMed. My money has not been refunded still. What pisses me off is I realized that the shipping address needed the apartment number way before it was shipped and when I called and told them this they said well we can't communicate with the delivery person to let them know. What the hell. Worst part is I needed a splint for a patient and the patient is now discharged from the facility without a splint. Terrible company. Will likely never go through them again for our company needs.

Packing of the items was terrible. The boxes were all beat up and ripping apart. Therefore the product was hanging out.

This is the worst company DO NOT USE
This is the worst, bought their top of the line brace for wife who has drop foot, Came in a ziplock bag, ridiculous and diid not fit at all.
Attempted to return, no can't..because you opened the bag. ^00+ dollars down the toilet. Never buy from them, terrible customer support.

bad Customer service
This is considered a very trustworthy company . The Dermasaver forearm tube , dermasaver leg tube and shin tube were huge . I tried multiple times to reach them to return the products and hung up in frustration many times . E- mails went unanswered. When I finally got through , after a 25 minute wait again, I was told it was too long after the order and they would not accept a return .

The product they sent was not what I…
The product they sent was not what I wanted. I called their return department to get a RMA # and they told me they would email it to me. After a week I called back and ask what happened,they said they were working on it and I should be next. That was almost two months ago and still no RMA#. In my opinion they are lairs and thieves and if your smart you will not do business with these crooks.
