I really wish I had read more reviews before choosing Aligner32. Doing so could have saved me a lot of frustration, time, and money.

Many other customers have said the same thing: the experience was very disappointing. The impression kit arrived quickly, but after that, things got much worse. There were no available appointments for months to complete the impressions, which made the whole process far from convenient.

When I chose not to continue, getting a refund became a long and tiring process. I had to ask for a refund five times, and as other buyers have said, it took weeks of constant follow-ups just to see any progress.

Their communication seems like a way to delay things, with repeated responses and offers of alternatives instead of just giving a straightforward refund. At this point, it feels like they care more about keeping money than about real customer service.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend doing your research and reading reviews before making a decision, because I really wish I had done the same.

My video expert was really helpful and informative with instructions on how to do my impressions. Right on my lunch break at work lol. Highly recommend for fast paced individuals who dont have time to sit and wait in an office.

Just getting started but the live video meeting to get the impressions done was great. Don't bother doing them without this.

I didnt get my retainers ever never i got robbed!

Scam company, beware! Called for a refund and was told it would take up to 48 hours just to get ahold of someone who could initiate the credit transaction. Shady business practices to say the least.

Update: Day 3 now, and still no response from these people. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Beware of these charlatans.

Update2: Finally received a response, however, rather than initiating the refund, they tried to retain the contract. These types of stall and delay tactics are strong red flags for a fraudulent company.

So happy that I’ve found this company and is the best deal all round. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a smile fix and show it off 😊

So far so good! I haven't received my aligners yet, but the process of making the impressions was super easy. Dan with customer service very helpful and patient! Can’t wait to start my aligner journey!

Giving a 3 star review because the fit of the aligners were perfect. But the customer service and the process of how this company has been since I decided to buy from this has been disappointing. It took forever once I sent in the kit for my 1st aligner to be sent. Then they sent me step 2-5 that also took a long time. I am currently now waiting for the remainder of my steps and have been on step 5 now for a while, and they’re telling me I have to wait another 3 weeks. Besides the waiting, the app is useless. It is only for chatting, uploading pictures and seeing what your teeth are going to look like. There are no steps of how long to wear each aligner. I didn’t learn that until my first chat with them asking when I was going to receive the rest. Ready to be done. This was not a good experience. As I used a different one before that was so much better.

Aligner 32 is amazing, I ordered this for my 15 year old, Half way through her treatment and there’s already results. I just did a new treatment plan for my 14 year old and the staff along with the video session were more than helpful!! I highly recommend Aligner 32!!

Honestly I had a wonderful experience since the beginning. Customer service was fantastic and Dan did an amazing job answering all my possible questions! It was truly affordable, easy and I'm so so happy with the final results!

Sent in my impressions and 2 weeks later… still waiting to hear back.

I had a lot of help during my process for starting the impressions of my aligners.

So my teeth did get straightened pretty good but the problem that i have is the retainers are very expensive but very brittle. 4 retainers i have have snapped in half and i paid 120 dollars a piece for each retainer.
