For as long as I can remember I’ve always been insecure about the way my teeth were, since finding Caspersmile not only gave they made me smile again they reassured me through every step from moulds to questions and then receiving my retainers I’m almost at the end of my retainer journey and I’ve never been happier thank you to Casper smile 😃

SCAMMERS! Don’t even bother! They will keep telling you that there is delay with delivery!
4 months of waiting and nothing

From the start the start there were red flags. At my first video appointment to make my impressions no one turned up. I had waited ten days for it. They eventually rescheduled but still far from ideal. Some flimsy excuse was made up.

After I sent them impressions off...... Nothing. I am still waiting to even hear back. I've called numerous times and been promised various timelines which have all been missed. Email up dates that never came. Terrible customer experience.

I'll now be seeking a full refund.

The only part I can’t complain about is Olivia. She communicated clearly and was very helpful throughout the impressions process.

Unfortunately, my experience with the aligners themselves has been extremely disappointing. I have used online braces before with great results, but after losing my retainer my teeth shifted again, so I decided to try this company.

I’ve now reached the final aligner and my top teeth are still overlapping. In fact, one tooth now looks more prominent than before, and I preferred how they looked prior to treatment. When I raised this concern, I was told the results were “mostly achieved” and that I could pay extra for an adjustment plan. That felt more like an attempt to charge more money than resolve the issue.

I mainly contacted them because the final bottom aligner was forcing one of my front teeth forward into the other without enough space. This caused significant pain and sensitivity. I eventually had to stop wearing it. When I requested a refund, I was told this pain was normal. In my experience, it absolutely is not. It’s been over a week and my tooth is still wobbly, I can’t bite properly with the front of my mouth, and hot, cold, or even windy air still causes pain.

To make matters worse, email response times have become slower and slower. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company unless you want a cross bite, no support and requests to pay more. Awful braces even worse customer service!

I spoke to Ana today from customer support on their live chat. I have been struggling to get good impressions on my own (which is why they tell you to do the video call). She was very understanding and helpful and told me what I should do about getting additional material as I had run out. Their live chat is a great way to get quick replies to any questions you might have.

So far my experience with Caspersmile has been second to nothing. Firstly, the prices are extremely competitive whilst ensuring that the quality is not compromised. The service was also exceptional as I received my aligner impression trays very quickly and was assisted throughly via a video link saving the headache of going in person to an actual orthodontist, this person also recognised the correct size for the impression kit and immediately sent me these.

At first wearing the aligners seemed to be an adjustment but once I had started to get used to them it was almost as if I had forgotten they were there. They brought my teeth that were behind back to towards the front, one of these teeth I have especially had problems with as it has always been stubborn and been at the back but this has now been resolved.

Olivia has been very quick with their responses and has always been able to assist with my queries.

I will definitely recommend caspersmile to anyone who is looking at more expensive alternatives when they can receive the same treatment for a fraction of the cost.

Ordered and paid for a dental scan, was promised delivery in 3 weeks in February. Still not received mid April, no one answers the phone and they stopped replying to my emails. Going to have to initiate refund process with credit card company.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to other clear aligners and could see Casper Smile was the best reviewed. The whole process has been seamless, they are comfortable to wear and there’s only mild discomfort when changing the new trays, way less painful than conventional braces which is done as a teenager

I ordered my aligners back at the beginning of January, and now in mid April and still nothing. They get you to review at early stages when they help you with the impression kit, that's why there are high reviews, but never follow through with aligners. Countless lies like Royal Mail lost the first lot (I've seen others comment on this as well), they promise dates they will arrive but they never will. I was a lucky one and got my money back through the service provider I used, but it was a battle and they tried many lies to get out of it, but persistence is key. That old saying, if something is too good to be true... is spot on. Don't waste £600 and put it towards a more reputable company that will deliver.
