Umrah trip
When I arrived at the airport, my driver did not contact me for pick up. I contacted the driver and I had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive. My stay at Makkah was exceptional. The service at Movenpick hotel was great. The breakfast had lots of variety there. The only downside was I was told I would get 5 beds in the hotel, but I was provided 4 beds for 5 people.Overall I enjoyed my stay at Makkah. My transportation from Makkah to Medina did not go smoothly. I called the driver, he said he is coming in 5 minutes, I waited 30 minutes for him to arrive. In Medina, we got sick, we had upset stomach. We stayed at Odest Hotel. When we arrived in the room, all 5 beds had little pieces of hair. I complained to the manager, they changed the bed sheets shortly. Other than that my stay in Medina went well. Huraira did a good job finding me the best rates for my trip for Umrah. He called me to follow up on my trip. So that was nice of him. I give this trip 4 out of 5 because of some few issues that I experienced.
