A waste of time
Sent them my Driving License and the picture of my face as they requested, then they refused to open an account. Their support people are just drones who copy-paste scripts, as can be noted in other reviews on here. I have chosen to escalate my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
(To be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my ID. I have used it, alongside my face, to apply for things on my phone around 10 times by now.)

Fantastic bank! Have been with them from the start and seeing how they are consistently putting out new features flawlessly, I can not recommend algbra enough.
