I have over 10+ pieces of jewelry that have lasted me years. Love their stuff!

Ordered 2 clutch bags online. Both were too heavy due to the hardware, so I opted to return them. They were delivered back, and after a week of waiting to be refunded, I reached out to their customer service via email. I received no reply. The next day, I called their customer service number. No answer, so I left a voicemail. Called again a few hours later. Still no answer. Sent another email, this time to every email address I could find on their website. The next day, I received notification of my refund being issued. However no one ever bothered to reply to either of my emails, or return my call. Absolute pathetic customer service. Why bother having a customer service email or phone number, if you aren't going to reply to emails or return phone calls? It's like this company wants your business, but wants nothing to do with you after the sale is made. The atrocious customer service is what influences me to never shop here again.

I wanted to replace an earring that I lost and I received a condescending reply telling me it is the customer's responsibility that the earring was lost and they only sell earrings in pairs. This is an exploitive business policy and one that I have not experienced with other jewelers. I will never buy anything from them again.

The items I ordered were beautiful but cheaply made. The rings lost stones and turned brass very quickly. The lucite is just cheap plastic that will break easily. I sent an email with pictures and the ordere receipt of all that hard turned brass with in a month and the missing stone but never heard back. The quality of the items is not worth their price.

I purchased a ring from this brand nearly 3 months ago. I wear it everyday, including when showering, and it has not tarnished one bit! I receive lots of compliments on the style, and am very happy with the quality for a $100 ring. Would purchase again.

I bought a handbag for my sister for Christmas. It looks as good as it does on the website.

However, the bag arrived in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. There was no protective bag or nice branded packaging. For a bag that is nearly $500, I would expect better. Especially since I've purchased bags half that price and received protective bags r

It honestly feels weird and a bit embarrassing to give this as a luxe gift when all there is is the handbag, as if it was bought from Target (no shade to Target).

They repaired my £500 bracelets and I am rocking them now they are lovely great design.

I love the Glamourous look but it's NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I BUY MINE FROM NEIMAN. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY ACCOMODATING HOWEVER I'VE HAD TO RETURN THEM AND REPLACE THEM SO MANY TIMES.

3. THE TWO PIECES OF BRACELET THE PANTHER BRACLET IS MADE OF IS JUST JOINED TOGETHER BY A PIECE OF METAL IN THE CENTER AND INSERTED IN THE MIDDLE.

THE OPPOSITE PART OF THE BRACLET HAS AN OPENING THAT THE METAL PIECE JUST SLIDS IN.
NOTHING CONFINES IT OR SECURES IT.

TODAY IT JUST FELL APART. I DID NOT EVEN REALIZE IT WAS MISSING. ONE PART IN THE FLOOR BOARD OF THE DRIVERS SIDE OF MY CAR, THE OTHER PORTION FELL OFF IN THE TRUNK OFF MY CAR I SUPPOSE WHILE I WAS REMOVING GROCERY.

I AM JUST SO DISGUSTED. THEY ARE POORLY CONSTRUCTED.

I HAVE LOTS OF HER STUFF BUT I DO NOT ENJOY WEARING IT.

I'M AFRAID OF JUST WHAT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY.

I'VE LOST SEVERAL BRACLETS THAT THE MAGNETS WILL NOT STAY CLOSED, THEY ARE TOO SMALL TO SUPPORT THE BRACLETS!! TODAY IT FELL OFF MY WRIST AGAIN!!

I REPURCHASED 3 OF THEM, THEY WERE THE PANTHER COLLECTION.

I clicked on an offer that promised 15% of if I signed up for emails. I sent my email, received a promo code that does not work. When I emailed customer service, I was told that the offer was for new customers only, and because I had purchased something last March, I did not qualify. Nowhere in the offer does it specify "new customers".

The products are lovely but the customer service is less than one star. I purchased an item online and NO where did it state final sale. When I needed to return the product, they told me in the return information it states that you can not return sale items. Who would look in the rerun area when I expected to keep it. This is TERRIBLE service. I asked for a store credit not refund too.,

Buyer Beware! Quality has plummeted. No repairs available. Was sent lucite rope paisley pave bracelet WITHOUT the pave inserts set in! They were in a separate bag. This was sent to me totally unfinished!! Customer service was not good and misleading as to return. Very BAD..BUYER BEWARE!

BEWARE...I ordered two Cuffs and they are made for children....I knew immediately when I opened package that it looked like it fits a child. I am 5’7” and weigh 130lbs and the cuffs barely went down the sides of my wrist. Emailed customer service and they said Sorry, it is a final sale....it is ashame because they portray It to fit an adult and it does not! Don’t waste your money here!

This company is shady. You know how you always see “We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase”? This company doesn’t care if their customers are happy with their purchases. Will not give exchanges of any kind, for any reason, even the day you receive your order. I purchased the wrong color by mistake and they would not exchange for the exact same item in the other color. CrAzY! Very much Buyer beware.
