No one replies to the email

It is impossible to get in touch with the company. Emailed them twice and even sent them DM, no one answered. Shipping was so slow I haven't received my order yet, but was already disappointed with their shipping and customer service.

The quality of the ring was terrible

The quality of the ring was terrible. I had high expectation because a someone told me that their quality was top notch but when I received the ring, it wasn’t all the way even. I can literally see that the stone size or the ring frame is not even. I was too busy to make complaint or to exchange my item and I will never order anything from this place.

Première commande sur le site et je suis ravie, les bijoux sont magnifiques et la livraison a été plutôt rapide (reçu en 1 semaine en période de fêtes).
Attention sur les frais de douane (monstrueux) qui sont pas du ressort de shabella bien-sûr, comptez minimum 25-30% environ du prix de la commande……

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC

I purchased two Trio Layered rings from Shabella on 12/3/2023 because they advertised that their products are hypoallergenic and nickel free. After wearing the ring for two days, my finger started turning blue. I got another one to give it to my mother originally but I can’t do that anymore. They are false advertising products and charging customers excessive prices compared to what they’re actually selling. I requested a refund and I’m waiting for their response.

The ring you ordered is not gold vermeil. Our collections that feature Sterling Silver and Vermeil are the VENUS COLLECTION and HOLIDAY COLLECTION. You have bought from the TIMELESS COLLECTION, which are gold plated and a more affordable line of ours. If you check the "METAL" options for the ring, you’ll see it was listed as 18K Yellow Gold Plated, which is a different material from vermeil.

We do offer vermeil rings in other collections. That said, even our gold-plated rings are designed to resist discoloration and will not cause your finger to turn green unless exposed to chemicals. Over the years, we’ve rigorously tested our products, even in swimming pools, and have never encountered such issues.

However, as it seems like you didn't read the information/materials of the ring you purchased, we would like to send you a return label. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a full refund.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

They deleted my review - bracelet broke

Bought their classic butterfly bracelet, and it broke within two weeks of light wear by my wife. I got a refund for it after I contacted and sent picture. But I also made sure to write a review and include the picture of the broken necklace. They deleted my review since it was bad publicity for them.

I wouldn’t trust their review system or a company which sweeps any bad reviews under the rug.
