I bought two pairs of heels from Aldo. They were very mid-size heels and when I tried them in the store they seemed comfortable. They were valued at £100 each. I wear heels only occasionally so in the next few months I wore them a total of 2 to 3 times and every single time my feet were left with the worst cuts and blisters because the shoes were so uncomfortable. I would think with a price tag like that the heels would be of higher quality and comfort. I ended up giving them some more time thinking that maybe they need to adjust to my feet but I was wrong. I ended up giving them to my mother because I thought they didn’t suit my feet. However, my mother was left with the worst blisters of her life to the point where she couldn’t walk comfortably. Since I bought them a few months ago the return date is long gone. I have emailed them regarding the situation and they said they can’t provide much of a solution and instead told me to take the shoes back to the store and see what they can do. Quite disappointing to have this kind of an experience after regarding the brand so highly.

Didn't turn up at Evri collection point (a shop) even though said was delivered (4 days after 1st attempt). Evri are useless, this will most likely make me not to buy from Aldo again.

Delivery was took a few days, and I'm not happy with the cost for delivery considering I had to go to collect the item. I had to return one of the items and because all my local Aldo shops have closed I had to pay for the return. I paid nearly £7.00 for delivery & return. I have been left very dissatisfied with the amount I've had to pay, and I have decided not to purchase items from Aldo in the future.

I haven’t received my item. It’s got lost. No shoes no refund. Terrible service. Never going to order from Aldo again.

I have had numerous pairs of Finespec trainers and they have all been stylish, comfortable and a great fit.
One pair developed a fault and Aldo were very proactive in sorting the issue.

Total disaster- bought an item on your website and paid for delivery, that was supposed to be delivered about days ago, on Thursday.

I got a notification saying the delivery date will no longer be Thur. but now Fri. On Friday there was radio silence -same thing Saturday, same thing Sunday. Only for me to see an email at 4:30 am on Monday morning that the parcel will be returned back to ALDO. A chat with your chatbot/service proved unhelpful and until now I have heard nothing.

The item was supposed to be worn at an event on Mother’s Day. I am a very dissatisfied customer- brand reputation is about the whole supply chain, a horrible delivery partner ultimately means a horrible product. ALDO, do better!!

Very disappointed in customer service. It's been more than 14 days since I have returned an item and I still havent got the refund. They say they have not idea where my parcel is, absolutely joke of a company!

Shoes are great but the delivery company EVRI just left them on the front door step of a totally different house whose occupants are away on holiday. Lucky they weren't nicked.
They ask for constructive comments - so I suggest they review the courier they use.

​I am writing to formally register my complete disgust regarding the appalling treatment my wife received at your store located at 372 Oxford St, London (W1C 1JP), on Friday, 13th March, between approximately 6:35 PM and 6:40 PM.
​I was looking at your products online, and since my wife happened to be near your Oxford Street branch, she went in to check the stock. When we didn't find the same color in-store, I placed the order online almost immediately. However, when she was in the shop she attempted to ask a simple question regarding the purchase, what she experienced was a shocking display of disrespect and a complete lack of basic decency from your staff.
​When my wife initially tried to get the attention of a male staff member who was standing around doing absolutely nothing, he looked directly at her and deliberately ignored her. It was only after she called out to him a second time that he finally decided to take his time and slowly walk over.
​After brusquely informing her that no refunds could be given, he immediately began to walk away. My wife had to stop him again just to ask if the size could at least be exchanged if needed. To make matters completely unacceptable, after confirming the exchange, he turned to a female colleague standing nearby and openly mocked my wife, stating loudly enough for her to hear: "Why do they come if they can't buy."
​This level of behavior is absolutely disgusting. It is frankly incomprehensible that staff members who act with such blatant contempt for customers are employed in public-facing roles. Their actions reflect incredibly poorly on ALDO as a brand and demonstrate a complete absence of customer focus or basic professional training.
​I have zero expectations that any meaningful disciplinary action will be taken, as the sheer boldness of this employee suggests a store culture where this behavior is tolerated. However, I am submitting this formal complaint so there is a documented record of the caliber of staff representing your company at your Oxford Street branch.
​Let me be absolutely clear: I will be publishing a public review of this incident online to warn others, and this was the absolute last time I will ever purchase anything from ALDO.
​I expect an acknowledgment of this email, though the damage to your brand's reputation in my eyes is already permanent.

Aldo staff were very helpful and efficient both in store and customer support . I had an in store collection query which was very quickly resolved .
The selection of shoes and handbags is great at good pricing.

The shoes arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and was very good value for the money paid.

Treated myself to some nice quality shoes from Aldo, as always Aldo never disappoints

Got delivery when I opened , bags are full with dust. And elastic band is around the two bags which give dent on the hand bags. Very disappointing with the packaging.
