Albion sales & Lettings Northampton Omdömen

Excellent responsive service. Sally and her team have been very professional over the past decade and very trustworthy.

Reported heating in bathroom not working more than 3 months ago, have send reminders, have called, nothing has been done!

All other services are good, maintenance could be improved.

Excellent professional service.
Being a smaller lettings agent you get that personal service from a very professional team, that are customer orientated.

I have been with Sally and her team for quite a few years and i have no reservations recommending Albion for all your rental needs. They always keep me informed immediately on any issues and respond to emails promptly.

Excellent service, done with care and support throughout. Enjoy being with Albion lettings.

I have used Albion lettings for 6 years and would not consider using Ny other company!
I find them very responsive and acutely professional and I would strongly recommend them.

Sally and her team are a small company but who offer a BIG, approachable, trustworthy, fair and friendly establishment. I've known Sally (who is one of the most up front, no nonsense, most adorable woman I have ever come across) for 12 years now, and she's the same now as she was then. In that time she has looked after me and my properties in an exemplarily and professional manner. I would never trust, nor feel comfortable with, using any other letting agent. If you think this is too damn good to be true, then go meet her for yourself and tell her Tina S said so!

Really good and trustworthy agency. We have rented through them for 2 years and can not complain about a single thing. Everyone was helpfull and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Albion Sales and Lettings have been first class when it comes to letting properties. They have been most attentive and extremely profesional in all their dealings. No hesitation in recommending Albion!

Amazing from start to finish, highly recommended! Great at communicating, so much helpful advise and happy to build a personable relationship with tenants.

I really like the way you communicate with me and your prompt response

Albion are without doubt the best company I have ever used when renting a property. The staff are amazing, professional, friendly, and will bend over backwards to do everything they can to make things as easy as possible for you. They also have a knack of making you feel special (which other companies don't do!)....With Albion you get a personal touch which makes you feel like you are a part of their happy family. You know that they care about you!

If I could give them more than 5 stars then I would!

Fantastic staff.....helpful, considerate and patient.
A more personal agent than any other I've dealt with.
An agent that is punctual, accurate and delivers on its promise.
Superb 😊

Albion sales and Lettings provide an excellent service and I have never been disappointed over the past 8 years that I have been with them.

Albion Sales and Lettings are very efficient, friendly and personable. They are always willing to offer sound advice and are extremely trustworthy and reliable. These are all very important traits, especially if you are working overseas, and you need a reputable management team, to oversee your housing affairs.

Their monthly reports are informative and detailed; and they respond promptly to any issues arising, with a view to resolving them at the earliest possible opportunity. They provide a friendly family atmosphere.

Highly recommend this firm.

We have been dealing with Albion Lettings for 11 years. They manage our rentals and sell too. We live in Australia and Sally and her team take all the stress away. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
