Albion sales & Lettings Northampton Omdömen

Very many thanks for Sally and her team over the past few years, finding tenants for me and managing to sell my property without too much hassle. Selling a house and finding buyers is a very stressful time but I need'nt have worried, all went smoothly. Very many thanks for your help and care, may you continue to expand and have pink SOLD signs all over Northampton!

I have used Albion Sales & Lettings for a succesful sale of a propety I owned. They are a wonderful friendly team that offer a professional personal service who are always willing to go the extra mile to make the sale as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend them enough this little gem of a company in my opinion should be your first choice if you're looking to move home .

Lovely friendly team. Moving house is very stressful and they did all they could to make it go as smoothly as possible :)

We would highly recommend Albion! Colin and Sally have been great guiding us and always there to help us on our journey of buying our first house. Thanks guys

Great friendly and helpful service. Used to find suitable tenants for rental.

Honest estate agents! That are great value.

Albion Sales & Lettings Northampton were brilliant! They were down to earth & honest with their valuation & advice on selling my property, which they sold straight away. They kept me up to date with any viewings & feedback & liaised with solicitors to keep things moving. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently sold our house through Albion and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Colin was an absolute legend, going the extra mile all the way through the process including bringing his ladders round on a Sunday to help me clean the facia boards. Excellent, courteous communication from the staff at Albion at all times really helped take some of the stress out of the move. Other estate agents charge a lot more and deliver a lot less. If you are looking at putting your house on the market give Albion a go, I guarantee you will not regret it.

Our chain when selling and buying a new home was nothing short of a nightmare. I have no doubt that had we have been on the market with any other agent and not Albion the chain would never have held together. Sally’s dedication and her teams dedication is unwavering. Regardless of the untruths and stalling caused by our lower chain Sally somehow kept it all together and got us exchanged, she really was phenomenal. Our chain read like a thing of fiction you had to be there to believe it and I know that someone at Albion was in contact with all 7 parts of our chain as well as their solicitors. Albion and especially Sally went above and beyond what was expected of them. Colin was also very helpful and everyone at Albion was always friendly and returned all corespondence within an exceptable time. I cannot fault them at all the whole team was just brilliant and I would never use anyone else when moving home.

We are just about to complete on our lovely new house and it was all made possible my Albion.

Their professionalism and personalised service has impressed us; especially with the attractive fixed fee.

Thank you to Colin and the whole team who made our sale and purchase possible.

I would highly recommend Albion to anyone. Colin has been tireless in his pursuit in getting our house chain moving along and to completion at a date to suit everyone. He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients.

We can highly recommend Albion! Colin and Sally were absolutely fabulous with our recent sale of house and would definitely use them again!

Excellent, trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

Colin and the team did an amazing job selling my home - it had been on the market for months with someone else and few viewings/ no offers. He took it on and truly 'sold' my house, as he believed in the property and matched it to potential buyers according to their needs and its attributes. Can't thank Albion enough as I needed a pretty speedy sale. They were always helpful when I called and went above and beyond during the conveyancing to help speed things up and smooth out any issues.

The team at Albion were super - they were open & honest, worked hard to get the job done and really care about what they do.

We cannot recommend Albion highly enough. From the valuation of our property through to completition nothing was to much trouble. Both Sally and Colin were very knowledgeable and professional. We were kept informed regarding our chain details to enable us to arrange our house move, so our move was less stressful.
Well done Albion if we could give you more stars we would.

They were fantastic and took alot of the pain out of selling our house, very helpful in chasing and keeping us informed

Extremely efficient, polite and professional lettings agents. I do not have to worry about my property as Albion lettings take care of everything.

The staff at Albion Lettings are truly amazing, they couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond to make my house move happen.
Would highly recommend Albion Sales and Lettings to anyone who wants to buy, sell or rent as you won't find better service anywhere else.
