DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I placed the order for a building on February 23 2026. It is now July3 2026 and they are telling me the earliest it will be is installed is sometime in August. They have been saying next month for 2 months. At this point I am just going to try and get my deposit back and move on. Do not believe any of the lead times they post on the website. I assume they just point those lead times and then string you along. Ordering was easy and response has been quick but what does that matter if 6 months later you have no building. Do not give this company your money. I had to give a 1 star because negative stars are not available.

Alan's Factory Outlet is a wonderful company. The website is extremely user friendly. It lets you build your own unit, whatever you should need, choose your own color, style, roof, sides, open closed, everything is there for the perfect setup. After building what you need, it gives you the price so you know upfront how much your paying. You don't have to call and get pressured with upselling. Put down a down payment and they send a email to let you know when they'll be there. They show up on time, build your unit and that's it! Simple, professional and communication...that's it! This is my second carport and it has been a pleasure not having to do anything but read a couple of emails. DEFINITELY going to continue using this company!

When I placed the order I asked the…
When I placed the order I asked the lead time and was told 3-4 weeks right now. After the order was placed I called the installer and they told me 90+ days before I will see it. Called Alan Factory Outlet back and explained this and they refused to give me a refund.

Cancelled my order
Cancelled my order. Alan’s and the installer did a bunch of back and forth on what permitting was required and who would get it. Ultimately it ended up 100% on me after a week of communication. Clunky, unorganized and unproductive. If I’d known all this from the get go I wouldn’t have wasted my time and took my business elsewhere.
