Missing Panels and would not stand good for them
I ordered a Gable metal roof with 10ft legs, One gable endcap and 1 side panel per side for extra strength. The building showed up and was put up with no side panels. Alans uses a subcompany Carolina Carports for shipmates and installs. When I called to let them know there was no side panels they looked at the order and agreed that it showed the color of the side panels but none was sent. A very rude lady then calls me back and says that there was nothing on the order for side panels. She was rude from the minute I answered the phone. Then a lady from Alans called and let me listen to a recording when I originally called to order and the side panels was not mentioned but had nothing of when I did speak to a gentleman requesting the side panels. This company will never get anymore of my business or any of the business owners in my area. You actually work with 4 or 5 different people from 2 different companies which is not good business at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMER!!!
Answer to Susies reply: I never said I didnt call back... she just conveniently said she didnt have a record of me calling back. I did speak to a gentleman and requested two 3x20ft panel for the upper walls... this is a very dishonest company.

You will say anything and come up with any kind of lie to justify your statements... you can lie all you want but there was a discussion with a gentleman and the panels were on the original order. But when the building showed up and the panels were not shipped your cover up was to say the panels were never on the order.. The panels were requested and paid for but I never received my total package. Of course your gonna say theres no other calls about this order but there was. To all others that are thinking about using this company... save yourself a headache and money and find a more honest company to deal with.

As I mentioned when we spoke earlier today, I do truly wish you had requested side paneling be included with your carport, when you placed your order with us. We would have happily added this feature for you, just as we did with the other features you selected during that call.
Unfortunately, as you heard first hand, when the recording of your call with us was played back for you today, side paneling was never requested by you.
Additionally, as you also confirmed by phone, you never made any later calls to our company to request this feature be added either.
Like we discussed on our call today, we are happy to help you order the additional side paneling, but that is something you declined to do when we spoke. If you have since changed your mind and do wish to purchase the additional side paneling, please let us know and we are more than happy to assist!
In regards to your edit/update - we do not have any male staff members in our company, and I did confirm with our call recordings that you only called one time, which was the day you ordered. As you heard firsthand when the call recording was played for you, you never requested the side paneling be added to your purchase.

After paying a down payment and docu signing, I get an email saying 8-10 was starts after pictures. I now have to expedite reading the site to start the delivery clock. Seriously? It will be ready!

I purchased a carport in July 2025
I purchased a carport in July 2025. Installation was great, but 6 weeks later all of the vertical supports began to rust. I called and sent pics of the rust and they sent a team 3 mons later to replace the rusted parts, the team found additional rust on the ground pieces and took the replacement pieces and left. That was almost 6 mons ago. More pieces are rusting, pics sent and now I’m being ghosted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎

We were saddened to learn that you turned away the crew sent out to help with rust issues you were experiencing. I do see that we have requested the crew come back once again, and do hope you will allow them to complete the repairs this visit.
It has only been about 2 weeks since that visit, and unfortunately it will take a little bit of time for them to be rescheduled to return. Once a new date is set, the scheduling team will contact you directly.
