Very disappointing buying experience
Ordered a titanium ring as a wedding band. The ring came and was far too big and felt and looked cheap and plastic. I've contacted the company twice to ask for a refund and have heard nothing back.

We have checked and unfortunately cannot find that you have contacted us with your concerns.
The ring you purchased was made in titanium, this is an extremely lightweight metal and due to its light weight, it may feel different than you may have expected, but its an extremely durable ring.
We do also offer a resizing service of which there was a leaflet which explains the process of this service. Please reach out to us at thealaddinscave@live.com if you require a copy sent to you.

4th purchase from Chris. Rings are beautiful and look far more expensive than they cost. I've had many compliments on my engagement, eternity and wedding band. My rings are titanium with moissanite stones that are exceptionally sparkly. I have recommended to friends and family. I have eczema which can flare up on my hands / fingers. With titanium there is no reaction and looks like platinum. Highly recommend Aladdins Cave Jewellery and Chris's workmanship is exceptional. Chris is also great in responding with any queries you may have. Go and treat yourself.....you WON'T be disappointed ❤️

I ordered 2 of the same pair of earrings for my nieces for Christmas. They only sent one pair in the order and I have not got a response for anyone after sending an email about the problem!
