The photos online don’t do it justice!
I ordered titanium + moissanite earrings, necklace and a ring for gifting and everything turned out amazing. Photos of the pieces online don’t do it justice, you have to personally see them. Great turnaround and shipping timeframe. Can’t recommend this shop enough.

Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful pieces.
This merchant and the titanium jewelry he produces are a blessing. Anyone with metal alloy issues has found heaven. Everything I have ordered is such a beautiful example of the expert workmanship. Recommend paying with PayPal
I purchased two rings and when they arrived they were perfect.
There was a problem with the order's despatch being confused with another customer's order which caused a significant delay to my order being despatched, they don't seem monitor or reply to emails sent to info at aladdinscavejewelleryuk.com however fortunately I paid with PayPal which gave alternate contact details. Once I eventually made contact they were very quick to rectify the problem and send out the rings so all in all a happy customer.

The Aladdins Cave is the best! I love their moissanite and titanium pieces. Very high quality and elegant! I love this dainty ring, I have it in 3 sizes now!

Excellent company, will use again
Ordered online and received within 5 working days. Excellent customer service when I had an issue with the incorrect delivery address, they sorted efficiently.
The rings we ordered as our wedding bands are beautiful and fit well.

Their Customer Service sucks
I ordered there three time, but i guess that was one too many, cause the third time, the ring i ordered did not arrive at all. I also didn't get any tracking information after it got to my countries custom. When i contacted the post office, they told me they can't give me any information cause the tracking stopped and now goes through the royal mail or whatever and they can't look into that. I contacted the website and they also couldn't help me. I never got any delivery note that i had to pay customs or where the package was dropped and then got blamed that it got send back.
when i asked for my money back, they did not answer back, i had to go through paypal and got my money back after three months. Im very sad and disappointed since i like the first ring i got there.

Unfortunately this review is very incorrect.
We made the ring 100% as ordered and shipped via Royal mail tracked service earlier than stated.
The postal service in Germany attempted to deliver 3 times on the same day however the buyer was not at home. There was also customs duty payable on the package which they did not pay for.
We informed them that the package needed to be collected and customs paid with their local delivery depot however the refused to collect the package.
As the package have not been claimed, the postal service returned the package to us and we then simply refunded the buyer.
