The washable air filter for your furnace is great! I had a new furnace installed in 2020 and found Airthreds the end of 2021. We bought the Pro Kit Combo 20x25x1 → Washable Reusable Air Filter Starter Kit (1 filter + 1 frame) - 20x25x1 that came with an extra filter so we can replace and wash the other as needed in Jan of 2022. Initially there were some issues with my furnace around when we started using these filters but we had also upgraded to a programmable thermostat and our HVAC company was blaming the filters on the issues we were having. They were also blaming our new ecosmart thermostat for the issues so I poured over my furnace manual and found that the washable filters rate of flow was not more than what they recommended. So I got a new HVAC company to come out and look at it. They fixed the issue and said the filters shouldn't be a problem and we've been using them since with no issues. Then, this past week it came time to change out the filter and not sure it it fell and broke at some point but the frame cracked at the one of the joints and when we reached out to Airthreds they offered to send us a new frame for free. Can't ask for a better more responsive customer service team. Highly recommend!

They finely admitted after 3 weeks that the product was not in stock.
We will issue a refund in 3-5 business days.
Two weeks and still no refund.

I was told by a AC repair guy that the filter is to thick and will cause the ac to work harder.

Runs very small. It's a shame because the shirts are dope as s#$t!

Absolute crap. the shirts were wider than they were tall, made for Sponge bob I guess. Worst part is they Still have responded to my return request. Tracking shows that they have received the items back almost 7 week ago at the time of this review and not even an email. AVOID

It was a long wait, but once the shirt showed up it was worth it.

Worst shirts I ever bought. The collars are cardboard, the material is cheap, the prints look nothing like the pictures. I’m throwing all mine out. I’ve never even worn them. Washed them once and they fell apart. Save your money.

Ordered two shirts. They don't have a "Tall" size so I ordered for someone who is 3" taller than myself. Both shirts arrived on time. Both are too short. Also, the 2nd button on the grey shirt won't unbutton. Something is wrong with the button hole. Appears to not be finished completely. Would have been 1 Star but I think i would have like the shirts if they weren't too short. And if the buttons worked.

Forget their warranty. I have 3 different sizes of Airthreds. The larger one, 1" x 20" x 30" (combo set) for $95.00. The frame isn't well designed and the slipcover filter distorts the frame so that about 3/4" on top and bottom of the filter do not cover the opening. In other words, straight unfiltered air is allowed into your HVAC. To company 1st responded that the frame is only good for 1-2 years? What? Since I'm within 1 year, I thought surely they'd replace. Nope. I have to pay shipping both ways for them to replace their failed frame. I recommend you not waste the money and stay with disposable filters. All their hype is unfounded and dishonest.

Loving the reusable filter. Seems to filter better than the old paper one we had and I just toss it in the wash with my towels. Purchased a spare for when one is in the wash.

This is an ingenious idea. I hated throwing away air filters every month. I love my new air filter.

We have had our washable filters in for about 2 weeks now. So far we love them. I love that I don't have to buy air filters ever again! So happy I invested in these filters. Just wish I would have done it sooner!!

We just received the product and one of the filters sent was the wrong size. I emailed and received an immediate response with a sincere apology and the correct one was mailed immediately. The products look great but will need some time to see how they work since so new. Customer service deserves 5 stars for sure!

Would love to give you 5 stars but the frame we got had 2 issues with it. One, the one side was installed backwards so you couldn't install the center support. And two, I ordered a 14x24 frame and one end was 14" but the other end was 12". You all are supposed to be sending me a new frame. So, hopeful when that comes I can give you the 5 stars because otherwise it seems like a great product. I can't wait to use it.
