Due to the fact that you don't have the proper UL Listing or equivelant LAB Listing for your produc,t we have not been able to get a final electrical inspection for the project, holding up payment to many vendors on the job. We are now contacting a LAB agency for costs to get the proper City of Los Angeles needed listing for your product.
I was a part of the Advisor Excel wealth event, where we were gifted neon signs that Advisor Excel paid for. So how you guys have mixed up my email with someone named Jeff Buck. I'm assuming he got my sign, but I still haven't received my sign that they paid for. I have left messages, and there has been no response on how to fix the problem. Sincerley Cory

I’m sorry for the frustration here. We checked our system and didn’t find any emails from you, and your order was shipped to the exact address that was provided at checkout.
If a different email ended up on the order, that typically happens when the iPad used at the event auto-filled a previously saved email and it wasn’t updated before submitting. For privacy and security, we don’t change phone numbers, emails, or addresses on orders after they’re placed.

I love the HOT PINK color. Very high quality and easy setup.
End result of the sign was awesome. There was some miscommunications with the company. 1. There was a glitch in their system that i didnt notice. Ended up charging me less but they messaged me telling me i had to pay the remaining balance. Which i did. Then was given a wrong tracking #. Was told sign had been shipped and the tracking didnt show. They gave me the correct # the day before arrival. The sign had a small defect on a letter and was sent a quick replacement immediately with showing proof. Defect showed what i assume they burnt the LED on a segment of LED just burnt when connected. But that was corrected immediately. The sign now is great and hanging at out business. Will consider giving them another try in the future.

Regarding the issue with the 'N' in the word 'AND,' we want to clarify that every sign we produce is thoroughly tested for 24 hours prior to shipping to ensure everything is working perfectly. It's likely that the damage occurred during transit, but we're glad we could quickly provide a replacement for you.

To date, we have ordered 5 of their purple neon open signs. They are bright and easy to install. Shipping takes a couple of weeks so order in advance.
