Sehr pünktlich, persönlicher Kontakt vorab, Zeiten kurzfristig geändert war überhaupt kein Problem, super zufrieden, sehr freundlicher Kontakt, beide Fahren (Abflug und Ankunft) toll geklappt.
Leider ist die website etwas kundenunfreundlich.

With airport taxi’s I always get very capable, friendly drivers, who are ready to assist where possible.

I have and will keep using them.

After confirming my request for pick up there was no confirmation of driver or transfer service. FOUR hours after my requested time for pick up they cancelled my reservation due to their inability to find a driver.

Der Fahrer ist nicht gekommen und war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Ich musste auf die Schnelle ein anderes Taxi bestellen.

Very friendly drivers. The time they lose by being late, they make up by driving very fast everywhere. Cars are very comfortable and clean.

bij onze terugkeer werd ik gecontacteerd door de bestuurder. waren juist geland.
wederom vriendelijk en veilig thuis afgezet.

The driver didn't show up and didn't answer the phone. We waited for half an hour

I had a problem trying to make an online booking. First they kept getting my arrival time/date wrong, then they kept getting the number of passengers wrong (only 1 pax), plus I am a lady, not a Mr.
On my arrival in Abu Dhabi, i saw my name & made myself known to that man with my name. That person told me to take a seat to wait for the driver. I NEVER saw that person again. I waited SO long until another man came to see who I was & why I was there in the waiting place so long. Finally I was taken to a car. The driver still had a booking for 3 people. I was so tired after 7 hrs flight and 5:30am start so I was not happy!

Perfect. They were early on both occasions and waited until we were ready. The drivers were very friendly and gave tips on where to go and what to do. Will use them again when I'm coming back to Poland.

Der Fahrer nahm sogar Rücksicht wann er sich meldet. Abholung war um 2h.
Freundlich, gut gefahren, sicheres & gepflegtes Fahrzeug.

Chauffeur niet komen opdagen. Geen antwoord op bellen, sms bericht of whatsapp bericht.
Om 3h ‘s nachts met 2 peuters letterlijk in de koude laten staan.

I missed my connecting flight cause of flight delays airline put me on another flught. Let the driver, let the company no help or assistance given. All my communication ignored. Never will be using them again.

Also to add, as you can see below the company have publicly apologised and confirmed they have refunded. Which is not the case. They are now two months later disputing the refund with my financial provider to retract the payment. Please avoid and do your research before using the service.

Zum gebuchten Termin ist kein Wagen gekommen!😡 über Nacht wurde der angemeldet Fahrer mehrfach gewechselt.
Auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde mir geraten ein anderes Taxi zu nehmen um unseren Flug pünktlich zu bekommen.
Besten Dank ich werde ihr Dienstleistung nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen.

I can highly recommend Airporttaxis.com. I booked the service for the trip to Cologne Airport (CGN) and back home after my journey. The service, and especially the driver, was excellent. On the way to the airport, the driver arrived early, was perfectly on time, and even warned us about the traffic. He was very friendly and helpful.

After our return flight, he was again on time at the airport. Despite a delay of nearly one hour, he patiently waited for us and picked us up immediately as soon as we came out of the terminal. Once more, the driver was extremely friendly and helpful.

I can recommend Airporttaxis.com to everyone. This experience was truly excellent, and I will definitely use this service again in the future. We always felt safe and very comfortable at all times. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

Steeds een zeeeeer goede ervaring gehad, zowel met persoon waaraan ik gevraagd had om ons 30 min vroeger op te halen als met de chauffeurs!!!
steeds op tijd en de chauffeur is telefonisch bereikbaar. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beleefd en correct! Prijs kwaliteit zeer correct. EEN AANRADER

Was very happy with this taxi company . Used it for airport transfers in Germany. Booking online was easy and got instant confirmation . Email communication on some additional questions was also quick and reliable. Cars were in top condition. Driver Roman was also very nice. contacted me on WhatsApp as I had landed and was promptly there once I got out of arrivals. On return journey to airport , driver was also in time and transfer very smooth . Can only recommend and would use again for future transfers .
