This company did their best to make sure both journeys to and from Birmingham Airport went as smoothly as possible.
The booking process was thorough with confirmation emails giving the taxi drivers contact details if needed.
The forward journey was slightly late but the office quickly got it under control.
The return journey had the meet and greet and there was no waiting around in the airport.
Cost was economical.

I rang the company with an urgent request for my a family memebr to be met at Edinburgh airport and taken home safely on a Sunday evening. Their flight had been delayed, so they missed the ongoing train. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, she organised the taxi whilst the airplane was in the air and ensured that when he landed, he received texts to organise finding his driver. He got home safely and I was very grateful. Excellent company.

I love this company very much because they are very proffesional and efficient. I've used them twice while travelling as a family of four and both times they were brilliant. On our last trip we had booked a return journey to Heathrow but we missed the flight. I sent a WhatsApp message to the driver who initially drove us to the airport to inform him that we were going to be late. Within a few minutes I got a call from customer service and the lady on the phone was ever so kind. She rescheduled our pick up based on our new flight number.
Unfortunately when it rains it pours. When we got to Heathrow with the driver already waiting near the airport to pick us up I got a message from the airline informing me that our luggage had been delayed and would be arriving in the following two hours. I informed the driver and he was cool about. At the end he took us home without our luggage and the airport delivered our laggage later. Missing the flight caused us a great deal of stress but OTS made it it so much better. Well done guys and see you in the future!

Booked expecting the driver to be waiting when we landed especially since they sent us a photo of Costa in the arrivals area. Instead we waited 20 minutes for our car because when we came out and called him he was parked outside the airport. We then had to find him in the multi story car park.

Always on time

​I booked a round-trip transfer with this company. While the initial pickup went smoothly, the return journey was a complete mess. Prior to the flight, they claimed they couldn't find my flight details—despite everything being provided correctly. I had to resend the details and call to confirm that our pickup was still scheduled. They reassured me that everything was fine. However, upon landing, I received a message telling me to call them, only to discover they had completely forgotten to dispatch a driver and ended up booking us an Uber instead. Absolutely unacceptable service—I will definitely not be using them again.

I have been a customer of OTS since their early days of starting their business and I’ve never been let down anytime I’ve needed a taxi from any airport. Their pool of drivers have all been friendly and courteous and I’ve never considered using any other firm for getting me to my destination. I’ve always been happy with how much each journey has cost me and most importantly the reliability of service.

They charged me additional money for no clear reason. They also threatened to let the driver take me back to the airport if I didn't pay. Avoid at all costs, terrible airport experience.

Effective communication and a very conscientious driver

I got no confirmation of my booking and no confirmation of my payment so I thought it hadn't gone through. So I booked with another company. I was very surprised when you're taxi turned up for me. Unlike other taxi services you made me pay in advance so I lost£98. As of course you're not going to refund me. Smacks of a scam. Take the money, don't confirm the booking... confuse your customer.

Driver went out of his way to find me as instructions were not very good. He was polite & extremely helpful. A good service, I would recommend but needs more instructions on website as to pick up point.

Paid for driver meet and greet on arrival at Exeter airport. On arrival no driver. Contacted company who didn’t know where driver was. Driver called to say he was three minutes away.
After walking across car park to free area finally got into taxi. Driver informed us that he could not take us to the hotel due to pedestrian area. Dropped us off and pointed towards a road and said go down there. Drove off.
I cancelled the return booking and received a partial refund. Appalling service.
