Great service. Arrived on time for both our trips to and from the airport

I booked transfers though this company to take us to and from Manchester Airport for our yearly holiday. I now know that OTS Ltd simply takes the booking and farms out the journeys to local companies that can accommodate the booking.
The journey to the airport was horrendous the driver that turned up was rude, aggressive and a poor driver. I had to pack the cases for him as he couldn't do it. The vehicle didn't have enough seats and my 12 year old son had to sit in the front with his knees crammed into the dashboard all the way as he had to share the seat with his Aunt. The driver took several wrong turns during the journey. When I pointed this out to him he tried to do a U-Turn into oncoming traffic. I then had to direct him all the way from Mansfield to Manchester Airport. At the drop off location he threw all the cases out of the taxi and drove off. When I complained to OTS they didn't believe me and said I needed to provide evidence of the complaint, how can I do this unless I had recorded the driver for the two hour ride?? They then refused to reply to any of my emails that I was then having to send whilst on holiday, unable to relax or enjoy myself as I was having to sort this out. I then didn't know if there was going to be a taxi to collect us for our return journey as I didn't want the same person collecting us. Finally they confirmed the same vehicle would be coming but a different driver. Due to the struggles and lack of seating on the outbound trip I had to ask a family friend to come and collect me, my wife and 12yr old son so as to free room up in the taxi, at my expense. Then the return leg driver was very polite but he too got lost driving from the airport and the taxi ended up in Manchester with him pulled over at the side of the road saying sorry I don't know where to go. My elderly father of 72 had to get in the front of the taxi with his phone, put google maps on and direct him to our house. This added over 70 mins to the 2 hour journey and they didn't arrive back until 0110, despite having landed at 2120.
In short OTS didn't care about the fact we had almost been involved in a head on collision, verbally abused by the same driver or that either supposed driver had no clue how to get to Mansfield from Manchester Airport which is one of the simplest routes possible.
If I could give this place a 0 star review I would, they wont talk to you on there telephone number unless you are paying for a booking and they refuse to respond and take on board what has happened via email.
DO NOT USE THEM.

A little bit late arriving but safe drive kept to speed limits and got us to airport in time but not by mutch.

I was late - driver waited - communicated well - did his job very well.

On the day I was travelling, there was a major road closure on my direct route to the airport but my driver, Carl, quickly found an alternative route. Took a little longer to get to the airport but it was a fantastic scenic route and avoided huge buildup of traffic. Thank you.

Booked a meet and greet taxi from airport as was late at night and we have autistic child, noone was there. Had to contact him and he casually walked over to find us about 10 minutes later
Then during the drive home he proceeded to use his phone to look at Facebook and Instagram messages!! Totally illegal and I have reported it to the police!!
The company said they can't do anything as have no evidence and have just dismissed it straight away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the driver.

Be careful as what you book may not actually guaranteed!!! I made an advanced booking over the phone as I wanted to ensure they could meet our needs. I paid for an 8 seater early hours airport transfer. I was then contacted whilst away on holiday saying they couldn't fulfill the booking with their usual drivers. They could use a different company or send 2 cars but at extra cost, double the rate advertised. This company advertise a service, take your money then tell you last minute they can't honour what you paid for! At no time during the booking process was I warned that they couldn't guarantee a suitable vehicle for the rate I paid. Trying to find an alternative more reliable transfer caused stress during our holiday. Would not recommend.

Great service

Booked 12 hours prior for a 08:00 collection to the airport. 05:44 we got an email whilst sleeping to say they can carry it out but require and additional £20, we were sleeping and missed this even though it is ridiculous to claim fixed prices then come back 2 hours and 16 minutes before the booking looking for an extra £20. 06:25 we get a second email to let us know they have cancelled our booking here is what they sent.

“ Hello,

Apologies, unfortunately we have no vehicle to carry out this journey. I have been trying to find another driver from a different company to do this transfer however we do not have anyone else free. Apologies again for this, if you have any questions please let us know. The money paid for this journey has been refunded to your card, this will take most likely 1-3 days to reach your account. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

We woke up at 07:30 expecting to get ready and leave for the airport at 08:00 to our surprise everything cancelled and a panic to get a taxi at short notice. We were subsequently having to wait for a local taxi until 08:40.

I thought pre booking would avoid all this unnecessary stress.

Would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was in Scotland I don’t know how they have so many good reviews must be other parts of the UK

Our driver, Andrei was absolutely great. Nice clean vehicle and great company for the drive. My best experience with OTS so far and i've used them a number of times.
