Very poor condition at car park
My car was scratched and no one took any responsibilities .The company I booked trough stated they don’t deal with service at parking area to claim from parking manger Simi who was covering up all time and didn’t replay most of the timeThey basically got away with the damage charges they have caused and did not pay me for repair of my car
DO NOT USE IT YOU MIGHT NOT FIND YOUR CAR EVEN ON RETURN
This business should be closed
I had letter from police there is huge list of complaints from customers not sure why still existing
If I had time prior my flight I would have book somewhere else As soon as I have seen place for really worried about my car . You will only find out how dodgy this place is when you get there to park but would nit have choice like me as people rushing to their flights

Firstly they arrived 30 mins late to take our car off us, we rang a few times and persons on the phone very rude. Upon returning it took them 45 mins to bring the car back, again many phone calls some of which accused us of never ringing them to tell them we've arrived. When the car arrived it was filthy with mud inside and out and when I got it home it was scratched on the rear offside. I emailed them with a complaints and pictures and have refused to refund or compensate. Please avoid using this company, they are useless and will damage your vehicle. I am currently seeking legal action

Not only were they 30 minutes late returning the car (with all sorts of rediculous excuses) but it was badly scratched. They cite their T&Cs which appear to absolve them of any responsibility.
There are plenty of car parks on or close to Bristol airport -why take a chance on meet and greet at all?

AVOID. Trading as Manchester meet and greet. Location of car drop point is SK9 4LH. A field site outside of Manchester. I was worried when I dropped my car off for a family holiday. On return at 5.30am, they held my car keys to ransom, demanding more payment. The mini bus that collected us and returned us had already charged each individual group the £5 and £6 charges despite 3 familys being squeezed into one vehicle. While my child waited in the car, and they then tried to intimidated us into paying extra cash holding my keys hostage. Eventually had to call the police as situation got heated. Never been so relieved to leave a place. It was dark scary and I had no way of getting help. The website looks like it is endorsed by Manchester Airport. The police said they had a number of similar calls regarding this company.

Just avoid theses scammers. Car been collected after 30min, don't know, why needs to call 30min in advance, because still coming 30min later to pick up the car.
After 2 weeks, get to wait almost 1 hour to get a car. Car full of mud, can see 4 people been sitting in car, also child car seat been removed from iso fix. Car full of dog hair, all leathers dirty. Gipsy women on the phone started swearing at me and said car been staying on open car park. Lucky enough to get car back.

We ended up calling the police as he refused to give me my car keys back once we arrived back to Loge Hill in Manchester.
He said we needed to pay more money. I refused as I had already paid when booking.
Said I owed money for the barrier charges at the airport- he didn’t go through any barrier he made us walk to him so he avoided the charges!
He was extremely rude, shouting in my face. Laughing at me. He then drove off with my car key in his pocket to collect other people from the terminal.
We called the police and they arrived quite quickly, they said it was all locked up the office. We said no, there is someone inside as we spoke to him about 10 mins prior- this guy was refusing to answer the door to the police. After 30 mins he answered and said he knew nothing about it!!
Police said it stunk of cannabis inside, called for back up. Checks were done.
The driver eventually turned up. After arguing with police I eventually got my keys. Police then started checking the driver- he was very agitated.
I do have a dent to the side of my car. Clearly where they are going armed so close together.
I will be going to trading standards and taking this as far as I can.

We are surprised this company is still operating!! All the reviews people left here are absolutely true, we had the same experience but luckily damage to our cars are not serious, yes we left our two cars with these clowns for 10 days! Please be aware they might be cheap but not worth it!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

An update on our appalling experience with this company. This is what I wrote followed by the responses.
"As requested I attach six photos of the damage done to our vehicle while in the care of your company. I have many more photos but photos 4, 5 and 6 are the best representation. The damage was so simply done, should never have happened and yet so catastrophic to the bodywork of the car. Your approved service provider attempted to remove what he called 'bird poo (not the word he used)' from the car which had seriously dried using an abrasive cloth material. Water was not even used. As a result the bodywork is badly scratched and black blotches are apparent over all the roof and down the side panels
The car is currently in the garage being costed for repairs.
The history:
19.20 - phone call made to advise of arrival
19.31 - phone call made to say we are in luggage lounge
19.46 - call received from service provider to say that the car had 'bird poo (his word began with sh..)' all over it and did we want it cleaned before delivery. We agreed
21.00 - car delivered, apparently cleaned but all the evidence of his attempts to clean without water were obvious, compounded by the abrasive scoring across each area.
We were shocked and asked 'how did this happen?' at which point he ran away and could not be found.
No paperwork was offered at any point. We absolutely did not sign off the car on receipt."
Their response was:
"Thank you, but on the provided images now there is no visible damage. Also the picture is not taken at the airport as well. "
My response was:
"How dare you! Can I remind you that your service provider RAN away. We had no idea what to do other than to leave. In any case by this time it was dark and photos would not have been as good as photos in broad daylight.
In the meantime I have made it easy for you and marked up the blotches on the attached photos. I have also enlarged one of the blotches to assist you. We have nothing to gain by playing this silly game of denial. You will be telling me that we were not even present.
I need to know what you are going to do about this before I take it to small claims court and expose your company for such appalling practices."

We need to expose these charlatans.

Don't bother with this company. They were OK collecting the car at 3am on a Tuesday morning but left my family standing outside the terminal building for over an hour to drop the car back to us. I made 6 calls during that time, each telling me that the car was on the way but they were busy. Checking the odometer when the car finally arrived to see it had done 16 miles since it was collected, it took the driver 70 minutes to drop off the car from 8 miles away on a Sunday afternoon in Bristol.

Just poor service. They might be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Our car was with this company for two weeks, when driving home from Heathrow we heard a slight rub and the water reservoir was showing empty the rubbing got louder over a couple of days and we took the car into the dealership to discover that it had been in an accident with the suspension to one wheel badly damaged the car had then being repaired badly. The damage amounts to around £10,000 and is with our insurance company now. We will have to pay excess and it will affect our no claims record, whilst the money side is important we are absolutely disgusted that we were put at such risk as the dealership said we could’ve easily had an accident as the car was unsafe to drive we are exploring our options and will be reporting to Heathrow having already reported to the police. Unfortunately the company refused to engage and do not answer emails or calls the parking company they use at Heathrow is called white lines I would avoid at all costs it’s just disgusting that this company cannot be held accountable. Whilst many people will not have an issue be warned that if you do, Global Airport Parking Services are an unscrupulous company, don’t care and will not engage with you denying everything.

Tried calling several times as required by their booking confirmation, no answer! Had previously requested their insurance and t&c's but never received. Sent an email to their info@ address requesting a refund. No response so have initiated a charge back on my credit card. Interestingly when dialing the number for car collection my phone listed it automatically as "suspected spam "

Do not use this company. We booked 4 months in advance had confirmation via email and reference number. The driver did not turn up at the Meet & Greet at Edinburgh Airport. No calls or emails were answered. As we had to catch a flight we were left with no option but to park in Terminal Building. We are still waiting on an explanation and a refund. This was a dreadful and stressful start to our holiday. We also ended up having to pay £200 for our parking on return from holiday!

1 star is too much.....booked car park at Manchester /MLK ltd/ for 9 days and charged us for 4 hours early coming £20....cash!!!
Asked for an invoice after and said...".yes...yes...no problem but tomorrow"...ALSO YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHERE YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE PARKED!!!

Booked a car park back in March, Meet&Greet service at Heathrow for 10 days.
We left the car at the terminal (we also got a ticket for not paying the fee, whilst they said we didn't have to!!), then the day we were back and supposed to have someone picking us up, we've got an email saying the company they used for our car parking service ceased their business (Hire 4 Best Limited) whilst we were away, and therefore no one was going to pick us up.
They told us to take a taxi that they would have refunded along with what we paid.
All LIES!! We took a taxi, the address they gave us to where find our car was incorrect, we drove around for hours, meeting also other people in the same horrible situation.
We eventually got to the place (it wasn't even a real car park! It was the back garden of a property!!!), no one was there to hand over the car keys, which meant we couldn't use our car and we had to get back home (Birmingham) via alternative means.
We also went to the police, they tried to contact them, with no luck (they weren't clearly replying to us either).
We then had to take a train, then a bus, my daughters were shocked by the experience.. The day after we drove back with a spare key and we finally got our car back.
Tried to contact them asking for a refund of all the expenses, they refused multiple times.
I'm taking this company to court if they keep not replying!!
TOTAL SCAM!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is not meet and greet from
Birmingham. You have to drive to Birmingham international train station and then get on the shuttle train for your flight. Meet and greet should be being met at the airport, not having to get your luggage etc onto the shuttle. You are better off using park and ride, at least you are dropped at the airport.

Don't know if any of you listen to BBC radio 4 But this is the company that the police, Trading standards and immigration raided on the 22nd June half the drivers aren't even surposed to be in this country haven't got Driving license and can't even speak English. But they do know how to grow cannabis as a grow was found in the basement of there offices. They use a company called Tradex for insurance who are a crap also as they know exactly what sort of company they are .... I've had to put one star as it's the only way you can write a review but in reality it's no stars it's one one of the worse parking 🅿️ companies I've ever come across

Booked through 'looking4parking.com' arrived at the airport and no person to meet and greet, no answer on the telephone and mail box was full. Finally got a response 3 weeks later and turns out the car park was shut for 2 weeks for holiday. Good to let people know!! No response to complaint emails... disgusting service

Do not use this service. My car was used to transport other passengers while I was away. Interestingly they say you have to disable any webcam from your car before handing it over. Now why would they want you to do that?!?! Other than so you can’t track what they do with your car while your away! I’ve tried to contact them but just keep being ignored.

Used this company’s web site to book meet and greet parking with Airport Parking Luton.
I called on route as requested but they where not at airport when I arrived. Called again and waited 15mm to have car collected. I should have known then that this was a cowboy outfit, no uniform, no ID, no paperwork and difficult to communicate. Surprise surprise called on return and told 20 mins, called again when car didn’t arrive and told 10 mins, again called and told on it way and again told 3 minutes eventually arrived after one hour.
Oh and it turn out you had to pay the £19 car park charges to get in and out! The booking website didn’t tell you that!
My advise would be not to use either company.

We arrived to the car park, where we found out that the "minibus wasn't working" me and my family were then transferred to terminal 3 by your staffs cars. We had no option to agree to transferring our children 5 and under without car seats to the airport, I had to travel in another vehicle. We were advised that the minibus was due to be fixed.

This caused us a great deal of anxiety whilst away, wondering as to whether or not the car park was genuine or not.

On our arrival back to the UK yesterday, I have to say it was an absolute shambles. Disgraceful service. We waited over an hour for the car to arrive, not the minibus which was still broken down allegedly I am not even of the belief that the minibus exists. Not only this, but your driver then decided to drive away from us into a car park which I then had to pay twice to get out. This also led me to removing your driver from my vehicle, after he couldn't communicate with us over the phone. He didn't provide me with any paperwork, and I have damage to my vehicle. I have scratches to my wheels, a dent to the rear of the car and also now a cracked number plate. See Attached pictures. I couldn't communicate with your driver, who swiftly disappeared whilst I was talking to a Heathrow Parking Officer who came over during the dispute.

I am truly outraged at the service we received, and I am outraged at the damage to my vehicle left in your care which is now going to cost a lot to repair. I take pride in my car, as I work to pay for it and keep it running. I have reviewed your terms and conditions, and forwarded these toy my solicitor who has urged me to firstly contact you for immediate remedial action, and also urged me to contact the police.
