We booked online and all looked fine, upon arival at the port of Southampton there was a couple of unprofessional men there with a scruffy bit of hand written paper with bank details on, having everyone send bank transfers over. they were filling in a few basic details on a peice of paper then taking your keys in a ziplock plastic bag. no walk around of the car was Done. Looking back, all the Red flags were there, but as there were a few other people all doing the same, you just go along with it. *Dont follow the herd mentality*.
Getting back to the carpark after the Cruise We were met with about 20 people all standing around waiting for their cars. One representative was there. everytime I asked where my car was and the location of where it was stored he said, he didnt know.
A Securty guard at the port carpark said to me, dont mess around, phone the police, that its not unsual for people to wait for upto 6 hours for their car, and they dont pay the parking eye at the port carpark either, so to stick an hour on yourself.
anyway, my car came back on time, but to be honest, all the drivers looked like illegal immigrants with out a driving licence or insurance Doc between them.
I later checked my dashcam footage ****They had taken it to a multi story carpark on the day I left, then the following day they moved it and dumped my car on B&Q CARPARK for four days, which was about 4 miles from the port. ******* I have now received a parking eye fine through the post. and I expect another form B&Q. I didnt expect to pay £100 for my car to be left on a Retail carpark.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Airport Parking Services Global Ltd, Altrincham are registered with Companies House, with a Sultan Khan as Director. He’s been taken to court before, and was issued a Community Order. His father went to jail for running a scamming airport parking service. We’ve just been scammed using MeetandgreetHeathrow, who took the money and didn’t turn up. The booking agent was none other than Sultan Khan’s Airport Parking Services, Altrincham, taking bookings for airport parking all over UK. We’ve taken legal advice, and our recourse is through the Small Claims Court, which we shall be doing. I STRONGLY advise anybody out of pocket, and who was scammed by this individual (or his booking agency, as he’s sole Director) should lodge a case with the Small Claims Court.

DO NOT USE nothing but rip off merchants , cancelled a booking in September still waiting for my refund have emailed & phoned without any response , absolutely disgusting that they can get away with doing people out off their money!!!! Nothing but scumbags 🤬🤬

This is a letter of complaint for the meet and greet service we endured. First of all, drop off was absolutely fine but when it came to collecting our car from your team, it was a disgrace from start to finish. We sent a text message as soon as we landed at 13:02 and then called at 13:18 where no one answered and after calling another 4 times someone eventually answered the phone. Then told the wait for our car would be 30-45 min wait. We waited until 13:58 and called for an update when it was realised the guy we were talking to on the phone was in the car park literally metres from us. My girlfriend then spoke to him face to face and the guy showed on his phone that our car was on its way and said it should be with us in around 10 mins depending on traffic. At 14.23 another call was made from us where we were told that they couldn't locate our car so he said he would call head office to find out. He took down my girlfriends number and said he would call back. At 14.41 we called again as we were not called back to then be put on hold and then after 12 mins cut us off. Whilst this was happening other people were having the same issues. At 15:05 we called again to finally be told that our car was on its way to us after they had contacted the driver. At 15:10 our car was finally dropped off to us. 2hrs 8mins to get our car to us that was only parked 9.5miles away. Overall we called 44 times and only 5 times our calls were answered. Not once did anybody apologise or appear to know what was going on. Absolutely disgusting, should never be in business.
This was a letter sent to the company and we still await a response 6 days later. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY RUINED THE RETURN OF OUR HOLIDAY!

We booked a meet and greet in Leeds Airport, I rang several times to arrange the meet point but never managed to get through so left three voice messages. On arriving we rang again and managed to speak to someone who told us they were changing over staff so would be half an hour late. we had allowed 2 1/2 hours. When it got to an hour before flight I rang again to be told they were setting off soon and would be with me in 20 minutes. They never turned up so we ended up paying £149 to park the car for a week.we then had 40 minutes to clear security and board, so very stressful. After 14 emails and numerous calls they agreed a full refund(£80) three weeks later no sign on money and no one answering emails etc. so upset that parking cost me £229 instead of £80 😡

This is awful service. They have broken the key to my BMW. Nobody is replying for multiple emails, nobodys taking responsibility. At the airport they gave me just half of key promised to I investigate and come back. After one month no reply. They have been lying who is the boss, decline to give the name and Tel number to adm. Looks unprofessional. Car back dirty like from the hell. No words for this. And they dare to call themselves global parking!? Don't book there anything. A I have lot of troubles now and costs. My car can be easily stolen. Never ever will book again. Not professional at all!!

Vehicle badly damaged when collected. Video of damage sent by email and several calls. Only response to first email was that video was not attached. It was!. All subsequent mails & calls ignored. This is a shameful set up and should be avoided at all costs. They don't deserve to be in business.

These people don’t even deserve a 1 star rating! We used this company services whilst we were on our cruise from Southampton, when we arrived back we waited 2 hours for our car to be brought back to us! Then a week later we had a parking fine!!! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMING RATS!

We booked through Global for Southampton Port Meet & Greet in Mayflower terminal. It was disgusting. And to be honest doesn't even deserve a '1' score. We waited 4 hours fo our car. Some had been there 5 hours and still there when we left. Tempers were getting frail. And police were called as one car came back smashed up. Another person had a phone call to say their car had been stolen. It had been found and was in police pound. Many cars came back with Parking Tickets on them as all these cars had been parked in Sainsbury's car park , on the roads, and in Westquay shopping centre. We HAD PAID for secure parking ????? Absolutely disgusting. Would never use again !!!

Avoid this company. We booked meet and greet at Southampton Quayside and waited 6 hours to get our car back. Customer service was disgusting and of no help at all. Just lies saying our car was on its way. The police attended as so many customers we’re becoming irate. I’ve requested a full refund but I’m guessing I won’t hear anything

The whole experience was very uncomfortable, on arrival at the 1 hour car park at Leeds Bradford airport we met the driver who was pleasant enough, but it was just a case of handing over the keys, nothing to sign or anything which was a bit concerning. On return we had to wait 40 mins at the 1 hour car park for the driver to bring our car back and when he did it had 2 deep scratches down the side of it, not to mention all the mud inside the footwell of the drivers side. The driver didn’t really want to know about the damage , just saying phone the number for the office on Monday and it wouldn’t be a problem, clearly it was going to be a big problem. When phoning the office they gave me an email address to complain to, I did get an initial response but then nothing. I emailed L4P who were quick to point out that they were not responsible for the running of the car park but yet they are responsible for putting innocent people in contact with these kind of car parks. They say they check the “Feefo’’ scores regular but yet when u tried to leave a feefo review via the link that it sent me it wouldn’t publish it!!

When you look into who runs this particular Leeds Bradford meet and greet “airportparkingglobalservices” there is nothing but bad reviews about them but yet L4P continues to endorse them! Stay well clear, don’t learn the hard way like I have and find yourself out of pocket with a hefty

Paid them - parked - now received 2 parking tickets from Southampton Cruise Terminal .
Very unhappy !!!!
Tried to call multiple times - no landline , no email response .
Update - 3rd parking ticket received 30/09/23

Avoid this company. Booked valet service at Southhampton Port for 3 cars and a week later received 4 fines for parking fees from the main port parking. Cost an extra £240. They receive your car in a public car park and don’t move it for hours then you get the fine later on. I have emailed them for a refund and they have not even had the courtesy of replying.

i didn't read the reviews and now its cost me a load of headache. how are the police not involved with these mor0ns? used them for port parking at Southampton back in July, now received 2 fines from parking eye for my car being parked in a short stay car park. no numbers to ring, no one answers any emails. AVOID THESE ***.

Do not trust this company - we had meet and greet at Southampton cruise terminal. We waited nearly 2 hours for them to “ find “ our car. Appalling customer service. Applied for refund and they offered 20% refund which we have never seen. Awful company - wish I had read reviews first !!

I hired the meet and greet at Bristol Airport for 1-week summer holiday. When the staff handed over the car to me, I realised (I took a photo with my mobile of the millage on the date I dropped my car off) the staff made 50 miles with my car and spent loads of fuel. I complained and they just said that they have their car park 20 miles away. Unbelievable! Do not trust this company at all and even though you give proof of their wrongdoing (with pictures) they will not take accountability of it and won't refund you at all!

After reporting damage to my car following all the terms and conditions (photo of car in air terminal etc etc etc)
I basically got told to F off and stop emailing them.
Their terms and conditions states they are not liable for anything at all.
They car use your car as much as they want and can damage what they want and there is nothing you can do about it.
Now I am left with a bill to have 3 out of 4 alloy wheels referred.
I have photo's of the damage and copies of the email response to back up this review.
DO NOT USE THEM.

A massive scam, avoid at all costs. Well known for parking in illegal places that will get you a fine. Please check when booking anywhere as they have lots of companies under the same owner, all scamming customers. Also don’t believe any excuses they give on refunds etc or being referred to secondary companies.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Scam parking company. This company is affiliated to SWIFT PARKING BRISTOL LTD where I experienced same service as other reviews. Absolutely outrageous. Long waits for return of car and poor condition. Unable to contact company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
