During the recent hot spell out Aira…
During the recent hot spell out Aira heat pump showed an error. A quick call to the help and they could see that the temperature was shown well above 50°c, the help desk told me that when the unit is in direct sun light the position of the thermostat can read too high. The error cleared itself as soon as it cooled down, however an engineer was booked to move the thermostat, he called today and the job was down quickly and professionally.
The issue caused us no problems but Aira wanted to ensure the equipment was working perfectly. I have been impressed by the attitude and level of service we have received, on top of the heat pump working very well for us.

Great Experience overall
Overall the experience of installing a heat-pump with AIRA has been positive!
The communication has been very good and accommodating from everyone, especially Molly who handled my project and was timely with updating me on potential delays to the work being carried out.
The craftsmanship from engineer Scott Anderson and his team is fantastic; I've had people come and view the install and comment on the quality of the pipework and the finish of the install overall. Scott and his team were also very knowledgeable and well mannered, which was appreciated.
The aftercare and support from Jonathan has been great also, with fast response times from both him and the call-out engineer when small issues arose with a diverter valve. This small issue is what made me rate them 4 stars - would rate 4.5 if I could, but didn't expect to have to contact support within a week of installation. It was handled great and in a timely manner but even so.
Very happy with the experience overall though, especially with how the small hiccup has been handled, and should I require another install at a property in future I'll be looking to AIRA for it without a doubt.

Terminata poche ore fa installazione pompa di calore aria acqua ad alta temperatura presso la nostra abitazione in Ravenna.
Per adesso possiamo solo giudicare l’operato della squadra marchigiana di installatori composta da Luca, Salvatore e Giuseppe….che dire, semplicemente Professionisti gentili e super preparati, hanno svolto un lavoro davvero eccellente lasciando gli spazi di lavoro, al termine, più puliti di quanto non fossero prima del loro arrivo. Per quanto riguarda le prestazioni della macchina, aggiorneremo tra qualche mese.. possiamo solo dire che i componenti sono anche belli da vedere e occupano poco spazio..l’unità esterna, secondo noi, è il vero must del sistema anche e soprattutto per le sue linee asciutte e total black.

Professional heat pump installation
We have had a fabulous install of our heat pump both from direct labour Aira employees (Peter Dawes and Andy Manning) who were so diligent in their work installing our radiators today and keeping us informed each step of the way.
Equally, Aira’s contracted installation company, MK Heat Limited were just incredibly professional and knowledgeable when fitting our air pump in quite a tight space. They briefed us about how to use and run the heat pump as well as ensuring that the house was left tidy after each day.
Our only slight disappointment was the ten days it took for the mountain of old boiler, cardboard, piping and miscellaneous rubbish to be collected. We did however also understand that this was through a third party which Aira had no real control over. It was collected eventually and Aira again kept us informed.
I have been most impressed with the professionalism of everyone that we have been in contact with whether sales, survey, install or office staff and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hezungstausch
Wir haben letzten Monat einen Heizungstausch vorgenommen. Die Firma Aira hat uns eine Wärmepumpe installiert. Der komplette Ablauf - vom ersten Kontakt, über die Planung bis zur Ausführung waren absolut professionell. Die Installation haben die Monteure Hansch und Löschner ausgeführt .Wir hatten am zweiten Tag schon wieder Warmwasser. Am Tag 4 war alles komplett fertig.Sehr zu empfehlen.

IF YOU LOVE DEALING WITH STRESS, POOR WORKS AND MESSY FINISH? Feel free to go with this company.
DO NOT believe what they say during your assessment as what they say and how they work is totally different. whole company is a joke when it comes to communication! that's with customer and between themselves.
I went for a heat pump and home battery installation with this company, it supposed to be around same time installation for all as I have a special needs daughter in the property so that I can prepare her for all the noises and people in the house!
instead only company's sub contractors turned up for heat pump installation. Solar installation took place around 2 weeks later luckily it was cancellation so they can do it!
outside unit was damaged as I've told and needed changing, on installation day they said new one was ordered it shouldn't take long 3 weeks still waiting! they are keep changing dates, their excuse is that delay on receiving the unit, one of the radiators wasn't installed as they've said it wasn't delivered yet, week later they turned up with a standard radiator which they could of picked up from anywhere on that date! insulation for outside pipes that goes in to the unit is very poorly done it looks very bad! (unit it self has more insulation glue then actual pipes) now I have to wait earliest another month for exchange of damage unit as I just received a call from them to cancel tomorrows unit exchange.
dealing with Aira has been very stressful that never mind recommending to friend and family I really WOULDN'T recommend this company to my worse enemy!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Exceptional team of installers
We have just had a heat pump and solar panels fitted by Aira. I have to say the workman on both jobs have been exceptional, courteous. Kind, knowledgeable and did a clean organised installation. Particular mention for Carl, Ben and Lee for the solar and Steve's team for the heat pump couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend them discussed everything and anything we didn't understand they were able to explain in plain English.

Aira heat pump hose change
Rob was patient as I wasn't home when he arrived and after a 15 min delay he got to work promptly and with a friendly manner.
He changed the static temporary hoses to Flexi hose and showed me how to adjust the pressure on the Aira heat pump. Very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Good job.

Great service
Daniel Knowles visited to sort out an issue with the hot water in the heat pump. He first contacted me over the weekend to sort out the issue remotely. He found the issue and could have left but then found two other things that weren't quite right and stayed to sort them, thanks, great customer service!

Einbau vor 4 Wochen
Ich habe durch Sanierungsarbeiten eh Urlaub genommen und entspannt auf die Realisierung gewartet. Planung war zackig und ob gut wird die erste Heizperiode zeigen. Realisierung: Berliner Elektriker waren zwei Tage für jeweils 2 Stunden da, das hätte man auf einen Tag ziehen können. Ein- Um- und Ausbau wurde von drei jungen Heizungsbauern erledigt, die richtig Gas gegeben und die Sanitärbastelei der letzten 90 Jahre im Haus mit aufgeräumt haben. Deswegen Tip: Seid dabei und gebt ein wenig die Richtung vor, aber das gilt wohl für jedes Handwerk. (Der örtliche Sani hat damals Heizkörper an die falschen Stellen gesetzt, ich war nicht da).
Fazit bis jetzt: erstmal alles o.k.
