Outstanding service
From the outset this company have been excellent. Despite initial thoughts a 12 kw heat pump was required, detailed calculations by the team meant only an 8kw pump was required reducing cost significantly. No pushy sales.
Installers Louise, Tom and Mason were a joy. Great ambassadors for the company. Worked extremely hard in high temperatures got it installed ahead of time and all working lovely.
Great experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

Adrian Seaman came to correct our installation, not a reassuring start to heat pump living! He worked with great concentration and knowledge and we have hot water. It was not the suspected fault so it was not a straightforward task. He was pleasant and answered our queries.

I had an issue with the heat pump not…
I had an issue with the heat pump not working, I contacted Aira and Emily arranged for an engineer to attend the same day. The engineer got it working but did not have the part. The next day, engineer, Zeke arrived and fitted the part.
A very good experience.

Kein Service im Sommerurlaub
Ende 2024 ging die Wärmepumpe in Betrieb. Ich habe jetzt 2 mal Havarie im Kelller innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Netter Kundendienst, aber ich wurde jetzt 2 mal mit einem Termin für die Störungsbeseitigung versetzt ohne das jemand abgesagt hab. Seit 4 Wochen dusche ich kalt. Es ist halt Urlaubszeit, vielleicht kommt jemand in 2 Wochen. Am liebsten möchte ich den Mist rausschmeissen. Nie wieder!!!!!!
Es ist der 4.08.2026, ich habe noch immer kein Termin für eine Reparatur der Anlage.

All the work done has been done efficiently and neatly. Andy M came out to to finish connecting radiators that had taken longer to arrive, and he, like his colleagues before him were knowledgeable and helpful. The work has been done swiftly and we are really pleased with the whole 'package' from start to finish.

Steven Visited Our Home Did an Initial Survey Roughly Worked Out Wot Size System Which Best Suited Our Needs Which Was Done Great No Pushy Sales Tactics. He Went On To Explain All The Next Steps Of My Install If I Decided To Buy The System. Next A full Survey Was Carried Out. Then The Installation Team Arrived Which Was 5 Outstanding Technicians & Electrical Engineers.Jake,Ollie, Archie, Nathan&Dylan Worked None Stop Over Friday Monday Tuesday With Jake Spending 2 Hours Wednesday Morning. These Lads Were Very Polite & Absolutely Showed Professionalism In All Of Their Work They Did. The Job Was Left Clean I Was Fully Pleased & Left With An Amazing a

Die Planung und Beratung durch Herrn Pulm (J.P.) war sehr gut. Auch die Durchführung ging flott und problemlos.
Allerdings wurden Rückfragen i. Büro von Aira nicht oder sehr spät nach wiederholter Rückfrage beantwortet.

Comprehensive and agreed install activities
Aira met all of their proposed days of the install. They were prepared to talk through all aspects of the ongoing work and come to agreed decisions with me if there was a problem in the proposed install. All the rubbish was removed from site. The designers answered all my questions pre-install; plus they investigated my question about an electric PV diverter, post install.
