Just had a heat pump installed and seems to be working as it should.
I was impressed with the whole journey from the initial survey right through to the installation.
I would point out that I initially was going to use another provider who wanted to change the cylinder and some radiators until on their second survey they told me that they were unable to situate the boiler where I wanted it to go and that the feed run from the unit was not possible.
Swift managed to sort all of these problems including keeping the existing cylinder and all 14 radiators in place.
My thanks to Darren & Harry who installed the system.
On time, very neat & tidy and professional.

Excellent service from Aira
Excellent service from Aira when our heat pump stopped working. We had a technician booked in very quickly. Adrian Seaman arrived early despite coming over 100 miles. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the faulty circuit board quickly and had the system back up and running before lunch time. Brilliant!!

Had a power cut on Sunday 2nd
Had a power cut on Sunday 2nd, no power for over 12 hrs. Contacted Aira support 4 times on Monday the 3rd and got no help, support did not even get back to me Contacted Aira support again on Tuesday 4th and got help from Medy. who was absolutley brillent and she sorted my corncern. about restarting the system after a power cut Medy even contacted me leter in the day to make sure that we were ok and the system was working as normal.

Having no power for more than 12 hours would have been stressful enough, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to contact our Support team several times without receiving the help or follow-up you needed.
We’re pleased that when you spoke with Medy, she was able to help you restart your system and resolve your concern. Her follow-up call later that day to make sure you were okay and that everything was working as it should is exactly the level of care we want to provide.
However, we recognise that the earlier lack of response fell short of that standard, and we’re sorry you had to chase us before receiving the support you needed.
We’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant team, as we need to do better when customers contact us for help.

From start to finish the team were…
From start to finish the team were fantastic, knowledgeable and updated me each step of the way.
From the initial contact, to the survey installation and after care each person was friendly, spoke i n a language that I understood what was happening.
Although it is summer and we do not need the heating on, which means as yet any problems we don't know. However, there are a phone call away and monitoring happens behind the scenes.
I would certainly recommend Aira to anyone

Engineers Daniel Knowles and Robert Speed were prompt and arrived early in the morning. Got straight down ti replacing our heat pump unit. They were polite and informed us of what they were doing and checked everything was working before they left.

Although my experience with Aira didn't…
Although my experience with Aira didn't get off to the best start, with two meetings with the sales team being cancelled at short notice (either the day before or on the day), everything changed when Simon Smith came to visit.
From the moment I met Simon, I felt confident that choosing Aira was the right decision. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, giving me complete confidence in the installation.
The installation itself was clean, tidy, and completed to a very high standard. While the price was a little on the high side, the equipment and overall package are clearly premium quality.
Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Simon was always available to help. His customer service was genuinely exceptional 11 out of 10. Thank you, Simon!
I'll also be sharing my COP/SCOP performance figures with Simon so he can use them to show future customers what's achievable with the system.
A huge thank you to Simon Smith and everyone at Aira for a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Wärmepumpe läuft seit 2 Jahren einwandfrei
Durch ein Missverständnis mit dem Kundenservice kam es zu meiner schlechten Bewertung. Mittlerweile kam ein Servicetechniker zu uns, der die etwas holprige Einweisung nach Inbetriebnahme ergänzte.
Mit der Wärmepumpe sind wir sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
