AGS not Formula Global International

Gordon, Ronnie and Oska were absolutely brilliant. They unpacked all furniture and boxed items, placed everything where I wanted them, removed all packaging. Were very polite and professional. Very easy to work with.
They were extremely upset to see the broken furniture which obviously wasn't packed and protected properly in Florida. I now have the hassle of trying to get repairs (unlikely) or replacement (unlikely).
Communication with the sister international company was dreadful, nor did they explain about the charges I would be faced with this end (which were high), even though I had many conversations with them and video calls. I agree with other reviews relating to demanding paperwork and documents. Would I do this again?? Probably not!

Relocation from UK to India

We recently relocated from the United Kingdom to India and, after careful consideration and due diligence, chose to proceed with AGS for our international move. The initial process—from obtaining a quotation to the point of shipment departure from the UK—was seamless. The UK team, led by Mr. Jose De Agrela and Mr. Ray Cardozo, demonstrated high professionalism. Packing materials were provided in a timely manner, and the team handled our belongings with exceptional care, making the move from the UK virtually stress-free. I extend my sincere thanks to both Jose and Ray for their efficient coordination.

However, complications began once the shipment arrived in Delhi, India. It took approximately a month from arrival for the goods to be delivered. Communication from the local team in India was unclear and, at times, inadequate. The delay was attributed to weekends, national holidays, and prolonged clearance procedures by Indian authorities. Unfortunately, as the clearance process was delayed, the associated holding charges continued to accumulate, increasing the overall shipment cost by nearly 20%. This situation was both distressing and frustrating, as I was compelled to make the additional payment under duress in order to secure the release of our shipment.

Subsequently, I escalated the matter to Mr. Ray Cardozo in the UK, and a formal complaint was lodged. Mr. Cardozo took prompt action to facilitate the clearance of the shipment and initiated an internal review regarding the holding charges. Following this review, AGS refunded 50% of the excess charges incurred, which was appreciated.

In conclusion, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and support extended by the AGS UK team. However, I advise future customers to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the customs regulations and clearance timelines of the destination country, as these factors can have a significant impact on overall costs.

Une société à éviter

Bonjour,
Avec ags vos colis ne sont pas en sécurité, les contrôles sont fréquents car leur image auprès des douanes les associe au trafic de stupéfiant, armes et autres produits illicites. Les prix du transport maritime explosent lors de la déclaration en douane donc les frais de douane sont exorbitants. Les agents douane sur place sont incompréhensibles, ils vous donnent des informations incorrectes et vous font perdre du temps et de l'argent. Aucune remise en question de leur part et les problèmes s'accumulent, un déménagement de l'enfer. Je suis ambassadeur et je déconseille de passer par ags. Je confirme ma position, cette société basée à Gennevilliers laisse à désirer, je dirais même, que c'est une passoire sous douane.

Je constate ce jour une réponse des plus stupides de 2025, celui qui a écrit cette réponse mérite la médaille d'or. La preuve que cette société est à éviter tellement leur réponse est débile. Qui voudrait usurper une société aussi fatiguée.
Bref la justice fera son travail, c'est préférable...

À éviter : Effets personnels volatilisés, service clients aux méthodes douteuses (près d'un an pour obtenir un tiers de la valeur assurée)

Font appel à des sous-traitants qu’ils ne maîtrisent pas. Des cartons sont explosés pendant le trajet. D'autres plus légers et qui ont plus de valeur ne seront pas étiquetés correctement et vont se volatiliser. Ils contenaient aussi des lettres intimes de mariage et de naissances, les premières dents tombées des enfants...

Ne comptez pas sur AGS pour les chercher. Ne comptez pas sur eux non plus pour vous rembourser professionnellement les effets qui pourtant étaient assurés. Un agent peu scrupuleux basé en Afrique du Sud vous fera croire qu'il travaille au siège en France et vous mènera en bateau pendant près d'un an, en laissant croire que Mr God Move veille sur la satisfaction clients. C'est faux, c'est de l'enfumage.

Leur but est de ne pas rembourser plus du tiers de la valeur assurée. Peu importe aussi le préjudice moral sur les effets intimes volatilisés et l'abus de confiance dont mon épouse a été victime avec leurs sous traitants. Ils sont prets à se rejeter la faute entre collègues pour vous avoir à l’usure. De perdre un client leur importe peu, persuadés de pouvoir trouver de nouveaux pigeons qui ne se plaindront pas, eux.

AGS were excellent with their table top move…

AGS were excellent with their table top move. We have moved 3 times in the last 6 years, and know the frustration and terrible quality of those other movers. AGS made this move so efficient, stress free and pleasant. Their help to overcome difficult situations, such as delaying our move, thus having to store our container for almost 6 months, and the clarity of how we could negotiate the port requirements were brilliant. AGS caring efficiency, communication, and professionalism in both exiting (New Delhi, India) and entering (Abu Dhabi (UAE) both countries, before situations arose, helped many possible issues, we had with previous movers, They had been recommended by associates, and we are very glad we went with AGS.

I couldn’t have wished for a better…

I couldn’t have wished for a better service. I had a delivery of goods from Australia and the admin person helped me work through the required paperwork. Also I was kept informed all the way on when to expect my delivery. The two drivers were courteous and helpful throughout and delivered my items in a friendly and very helpful way. I highly recommend this service.

What a shit show

What a shit show, expensive shit service. They don't tell you all the extra charges you incur. The communication is shocking, they tell you your goods will leave within a month, then it's two months, then they call and demand the paperwork to be done today or you will incur storage charges. Do not use these con artists. Worst experience I've ever had. Yes I have replied to numerous emails I have also sent pictures of all the damaged boxes. This company obviously doesn't give a shit about your Items and then lies on here to make themselves feel better. They just want this post removed, find a company with good reviews not this useless, lying, careless shitshow

Damages can happen and this is why we recommend that your subscribe to insurance. Compensation for damages is based on the declared value of your effects. If you have declined to subscribe to insurance, the insurers would make a proposal as per our T&Cs.

Falta de profesionalidad y negligencia

Hicimos nuestra mudanza desde UK a España con AGS mobility Group mudanzas ejecutivas y nuestra decenio fue absoluta. Tardo tanto en llegar que para cuando pudimos abrir las cajas ya no estábamos en nuestra casa y un mes después nos encontramos la pantalla del televisor rota y una mesa rota a pedazos.
Reclamamos pero como estábamos fuera de plazo nos contestaron varios meses después que no se hacían cargo de los daños. El televisor venía en su caja original protegido.
Hemos hecho varias mudanzas pero en ninguna hemos tenido problema. Aún nos queda alguna caja por abrir y ya nos tememos lo peor.
Dado el estado de cómo llegó todo solo puedo decir que ha habido negligencia y falta de profesionalidad por su parte y una falta de atención al cliente tardía y penosa.

unprofessional

The relocation from this company in Canada Brytor, and in Spain AGS ( giving names with the people I worked with Chandra with ims brytor
and sebastian.alvarado with ags-globalsolutions) was the worst experience of my life. I am not sure and still thinking that this is was a SCAM. I was misguided on many occasions and documents, so I was told, to customs in Spain were submitted by Chandra without my consent. She even estimated the value of my shipment and submitted it on my behave without my consent. The last document being Dirigido al actuario de la Aduanav (Addressed to the Customs Actuary) was delayed by a month due to me receiving the wrong information from Sebastian Alvarado and him being on holiday. There was no one to assist me, finally a family friend a layer formatted the document and it was accepted. I asked on many occasions if I should involve a lawyer in. the process, but was not never given a definite answer.

There are many other details about my move such as in case of delay, the storage would be only 100 Euro a month (and I have emails from Chandra on this) at the end, I ended up spending 7500 Euro just to have my personal belongings and my car released. Since my items were already in storage for 2+ months, I had to pay import taxes in Spain on my car which could have been avoided if everything had been done on time.

I have many other issues with both people I worked with on my relocation, if you have any questions, you can contact me directly via DM. I would suggest avoiding both companies and both of these individuals, (Chandra and Sebastian Alvarado) if you are thinking of relocating to Europe. I should have taken the reviews of both companies seriously but I was driven by the relocation price. Their rating is very low and please take them seriously, because they are real. I won't say anymore as I will be taking these companies and individuals to court as soon as I am back in Canada.

Do your research and IGNORE AGS and ims.brytor.ca in your relocation selection.

AVOID AGS AT ALL COSTS OR MOVE WITH AGS AT YOUR OWN PERILS

everything went wrong.
-last minute 25% increase of the agreed freight charge, with zero supportings being provided
-unprofessional packing by outsourced staffs not employed by ags who did not protect the wooden floor and scratched it deeply in several instances
-the 40" container AGS used was so rusty that it pierced and took sea water, resulting in a 22,000 USD damages on the transported furniture, antiques and paintings.
- the scheduled shipment was delayed for over 3 weeks after the removal from our flat, as ags resolved unilateraly to a last minute change of sea route: instead of the agreed direct hk-to-europe route with the reputed cga/cgm carrier, the container has been first shipped from hk to china !! (a country not authorised by customer),where it remained at quay for over 15 days whilst ags downgraded the china-to-europe carrier by eventually using the cheaper carrier Cosco.
-ags provided zero bar coding, and zero IT follow-up online, contrarily to what they promise on their website.
-absolutely outrageous follow-up of claims by the ags hk's ceo and manager-in-charge, not to mention the hopeless "ags global complaint office" which did absolutely nothing to soften the complaints or explain the extra charges.
Conclusion : we have moved over 25 times and, undoubtedly, this time, moving with AGS was definitely the WORST moving experience ever : shame on AGS for their expensive, abominable and unexcusably botched removal services.

THIEVES.

Very unprofessional, unkind, unreliable with a sorry excuse for management and customer service.
When we moved AGS Meyer was hired to unload our stuff from the container into our new home. Apparently, they hire what they call 'day workers', which is fine. But they don't reference check these boys, which turn out to be scum youth from the streets 99% of the time. So what happened is they stole cash from my wallet whilst unloading. We immediately called the management, because stealing is blatantly unacceptable. Sadly, management didn't believe us and were very condescending, claiming 'it must have fallen out' and other lame excuses. Anything but an apology or accountability. We even called the police, but they couldn't do anything for us. It's just sad really, you pay a load of money for their services, and in return you get thieves, worthless management, and shitty customer service. It's not even about the money, just a plain 'sorry for the inconvenience' would have sufficed, but they are too full of themselves. Do yourself a favour and never work with them, they're not worth the headache.

Terrible experience

I contacted a man, supposedly named Carl Adolf and he told me that his sister was giving away her late husband's piano, he gave me his email and I contacted the lady, supposedly called Sherry Sandals. She told me about the sentimental value of the piano and offered to give it to me. For that, he sent me a reference number and an email so that I could write to the supposed company that had the piano (AGS MOVERS). I contacted the company, they confirmed that the piano was in my name, they gave me a quote, I paid it and they sent me a receipt. Everything was clear but then the irregularities began. First they told me that my piano is ready to be delivered but that I had to pay insurance. It bothered me because, although I understand that the instruments must be insured, it did not seem right to me that they would ask me that way, on the same day that they were going to deliver the piano to me. I told them that I did not have the money they requested and they offered me a discount. They rushed me to pay it with the promise that they would do everything possible to get the piano to me the same day. That never happened and they promised me it would arrive the next day. Finally we agreed that the piano would be delivered at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1st. An hour before the delivery they told me that the insurance would not agree to bring me the piano until the entire money was paid and they again rushed me to pay it with the promise of delivering it on the same day and with the promise that I would receive a 100% refund. of the insurance paid. I made the deposit again and the same thing happened again. They never responded to my message again. They kept my money and never responded to my emails.

AGS Movers are ABSOLUTELY efficient, professional and friendly. They just helped my family relocate from Muscat/Oman to Edinburgh/Scotland and all the team from the manager who provided sound advice to the packers who were very careful and attentive have been hundred percent stars. Very unprofessional… they left my…

Very unprofessional… they left my container for 2 weeks in Gdynia without any explanation. Plus, after 12 weeks, I still haven’t received my personal belongings (3 WEEK DELAY). One of the most expensive moving companies in Warsaw. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I am sure you can find better moving companies than this one. Overall extremely bad experience.

Good day, we are really sorry to read about your experience and would like clarify our answer. After investigation with our branch, it appears you wanted to receive your personal effects in Chile before Christmas, between 1st and 20th December. The container was indeed in the port in Gdynia for 2 weeks . It was cleared in Poland on time, but due to problems with the customs system, it did not have time to be loaded onto the ship and had to wait for another one. Finally, the container reached its destination in accordance with your expectations i.e. delivery on the 20th December 2024. Should it have left earlier, it would have arrived at final destination before the 1st of December. We hope you are not well settled into your new country of residence.
