Moving from Warsaw to New Zealand was a pleasure with AGS. The packing team were excellent, delivery as predicted and customs clearance was simple. Some goods were stored in Warsaw then shipped to a French address a year later. Delivery arrived on a Sunday as requested.
Overall an excellent and painless experience with no breakages.

Possibly a scam
I am yet to receive a delivery date for my piano. I have paid the company’s re-routing fees. And then all communication has ceased. As the company was quick to respond previously I would expect the same services. At this stage there is still hope that I may receive my piano although things aren’t looking good.

After my original post and the bank investigating & placing a temporary hold on the funds, preventing the funds from being withdrawn on their end without the piano being delivered. I received an email from Gordon Campbell the freight director asking that I ask the bank to remove the hold and that the piano would be delivered. In one email I was told that I would be made aware of the delivery date on the Saturday in the following email I was told the piano would be delivered on Saturday 8th of June 2024. But only if I asked the bank to take the hold off. I have asked Gordon that they deliver the piano and then obviously the hold would be removed. His response was no, and that they would be happy to fully refund the amount they already have access to. As I am not happy to provide more of my personal details to a company that is stating that they already have the funds, but won’t deliver the piano yet are happy to fully refund the amount if I’m happy to give them more personal details. I have further escalated this issue to the scam and fraud reporting line. I have always followed the IDCARE guidelines and not provided further information or banking detail. At this stage I have not received the funds back, although the bank has let me know that it can take up to 8 weeks and as I willingly transferred the amount to what I thought was a legitimate moving company for a piano I may not see the full re-routing / delivery fee. Which was more than the average fee.

I initiate a reroute after paying s delivery they ask for insurance. after paying the insurance, that are asking for the repair they want the the item in perfect condition. after i refuse to pay for the repair they didn’t respond anymore. pretending that they didn’t get any of my email.

AGS CLEARANCE FEE CON
Just ordered an item from USA going to Ukraine. Started getting messages expecting me to pay 100 dollars ckearance fee deposit until thry delivered my parcel. Then phone calls from what sounded like an Indian call center trying to pressure the 100 dollars out of me.
Well I bought the item with delivery and have never had a company demanding money from the recipiant.
Just sounded like a scam to me
Complained bitterly to the seller who will use DHL UPS FEDEX ir some other well known shipping

Leider ist ein Versicherungsfall eingetreten, der trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen weder beglichen wurde, noch eine Antwort gegeben wurde. Daher nicht korrekter durchgeführter Umzug und nur 2 Sterne.

The delivery men arrived as planned on Wednesday 24th January and were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Please pass on my thanks to them. The furniture and china had been originally shipped from Australia. Everything arrived unscathed. So, I am one happy customer!

AGS Solutions - Worst removal experience ever
AGS Solutions outsourced the move to a company called Friendly Movers. Friendly Movers did a rushed job despite us paying for two days to pack, move and unpack everything (moving from one house to another house three streets away). They did not take care to pack things carefully and caused a lot of damage as a result. They also drove into the wall with the neighbours and promised to have it fixed but then sent the removal men themselves to fix including to fix the electrics in the wall. We made a claim under the insurance and they did everything to try and negotiate the amount of the claim despite the item being a full write off and there being a clean insured value under the policy. They still have not paid. Do not trust these people. Friendly Movers also did not label properly the boxes and dumped them at the property leaving themselves in a situation that they could not unpack and we could not direct where the boxes were meant to go. Hence we moved boxes to different floors afterwards ourselves and had to unpack a lot ourselves.

We note the reply below. Unfortunately, the facts stated in your reply are incorrect. The additional damaged items were notified to you by email on 7 August, within the ten day deadline. On the same date we requested to make a complaint and it took until 7 Sept to receive the details of your complaints department to allow us to make a complaint. On 7 Sept a formal complaint was made in writing which also re-lists the damaged items so not on 30 October as you try to hold out. You further state that the wall is the wall of our neighbour and that a handyman was sent to repair. Unfortunately, this is incorrect. This is the common wall between the properties and the very men that carried out our removal came themselves to repair the wall and electrics rather than a qualified and properly insured builder (and electrician as we had been promised by email would be the case) and you now are still asking me to take responsibility for that repair by asking me to sign a waiver of rights against you?
You further claim that the insurance company has offered full compensation for the damaged table. Can you confirm then please why we have not been paid given the claim was made in August and we signed the waiver of rights against AXA and Willis Towers Watson on 30 October? You are deliberately blocking us from being paid by trying to force us to waive all rights against you. It is unethical. And this is after you first tried it on to have us sign settlement agreements for significantly lower amounts than the insured value for which we paid insurance for months and without any explanation.
You then refer to the discharge form signed on 11 Aug. For the record, that is the date on which the Friendly movers removal men themselves came to repair the wall and electrics (after we notified you on 7 Aug of the other damaged items) and they “quickly” had to get a piece of paper signed on our drive way while repairing the wall. This doesn’t mean the items notified to you were no longer broken…
Instead of spending your efforts managing your social media profile, you could provide more proper customer service.

Inconvenient and disappointing
In September of last year, we made the significant move from Kenya to the UK. Unfortunately, our shipping, which arrived at the end of October 2024, brought with it some disappointments, as certain items were found to be broken upon arrival. In response, we promptly submitted a claim to our insurance company.
Regrettably, despite the passage of time, which now extends to January 2024, we have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of our claim. Each time we inquire about the matter, we are met with excuses from the staff, citing reasons such as personnel turnover within the company. This lack of transparency and accountability is disheartening.
The latest update we received was on January 9th, wherein we were assured that an email had been sent to the Claims Team, urging them to provide us with an update promptly. However, since then, we have heard nothing further, leaving us in a state of frustration and uncertainty.
It is disconcerting that, despite our timely payment to AGS Kenya to facilitate the shipment of our goods, we find ourselves in a situation where the level of service falls short of our expectations. Having paid for insurance, we anticipated being kept informed about the progress of our claim. The realization that our modest claim is met with such negligence raises concerns about how the company handles more substantial claims.
The need for continuous follow-ups on our part is both inconvenient and disappointing. It is disheartening to be compelled to pursue updates actively instead of receiving proactive communication. We are left deeply dissatisfied with the current state of affairs and hope for a resolution that reflects the professionalism and responsibility we expected when entrusting our belongings to this service.

Le déménagement par St AGS que vous avez pris en charge le 20/09/2023 pour la somme de 12 251 euros avec service complet a eu pour résultat des dégâts incroyables sur tous les meubles et objets que nous vous avons confiés. La totalité est détruit, plus de 40m3, sans compter 16 gros cartons de nos effets disparus ainsi qu'un gros frigo américain et télévision disparu aussi (volé) Une plainte à la gendarmerie est déposée.
Votre assurance ne couvrira pas les destructions que vous avez provoquées : je n'ai plus rien.
Le Déménagement par AGS le 20 / 09 / 2023 de Nice(Carros 06) jusqu’à la Martinique, Fort de France arrivé le 08/11/2023 dans un état pitoyable.
Entre le prix du déménagement de 12 251 euros et la valeur tous nos meubles, vaisselles, électroménager et tout le reste d'une valeur de plus de 50 000€ est pour la décharge, car il faut le voir pour le croire !
Nous en sommes à plus de 60 000 euros. A tous et à toutes personnes, je ne vous conseil vraiment pas cette entreprise de déménagement AGS.
Ils ont le culot et par leur assurance que nous avons souscrit, de nous rembourser une somme dérisoire.
Vous restez responsables d'employer du personnel non qualifié qui vont réussir à casser ce qui ne l'avait pas été en quarante ans et plusieurs déménagements.
Avez-vous entendu parler de boîtes pour protéger les objets très fragiles, de cartons adaptés aux contenus, d'emballage avec papier bulles, mousse de protection pour les meubles, couvertures.
Non! AGS-Globalsolutions emballe tout en vrac dans du papier ! Incroyable
AGS-Globalsolutions descend un canapé en cuir, sur une nacelle en frottant et en forçant le passage quitte à arracher du cuir et du bois vernis !
AGS-Globalsolutions descend un frigo américain sur le côté et par une nacelle par une fenêtre pour finalement qu’il soit volé car nous ne l’avons jamais eu, sans compter 16 gros colis disparus (volé) et Télévision…
Des objets délicats irremplaçables en porcelaine de Chine écrasés, des meubles très ancien complètement cassés, etc….
Notre container de 45m3 n'a jamais été fermé sceller devant nous et également ouvert devant nous à l’arrivée en Martinique. Une multitude de fautes pro. Invraisemblable !
Un vrai carnage à l'arrivée en Martinique, avec le vol de nos objets.
Je me suis retrouvé à l’hôpital suite de tous ses évènements scandaleux. Infarctus avec plusieurs stents par le stress.
Nous demandons réparation à la hauteur de notre préjudice.
Cette affaire va être médiatisé, ainsi que devant les tribunaux.
Pour finir avec toutes les photos et les preuves, je ne conseils vraiment pas de déménager avec AGS.
