I found the gentleman patronising and negative
It is rare that I cut a call my only regret was not cutting the call after 10 minutes.I just found it frustrating.I have since written to the ceo but as yet have not heard back yet

Highly recommended
I'm a relatively intelligent woman but would have struggled to navigate the process of purchasing an annuity without the help of Age Partnership. They dealt with three pension companies and helped me to complete all the quite complicated paperwork. They kept in touch with weekly calls and emails and were unfailingly polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Age Partnership to anyone who needs help with this process.

Professional and diligent approach
Age Partnership Plus (AP) delivered the correct Equity Release product to match off against our scenario. Although the whole process took about 10 months from our initial call to money in our account, AP were diligent in their approach throughout. Their Advisor, Owen Sayer, was thorough in trying to find a solution for our particular scenario. Our situation was complicated by the fact we were a new build property and our title deeds were interlinked with an Estate Management company, and this put off a number of lenders. However Owen persevered and went Whole of Market to get us a solution we could work with. He was very patient throughout, particularly with my many and diverse emails wanting explanations of every stage. I would recommend Age Partnership, as I am confident that no matter what your circumstances they will find a way to help you.

Mathew was very professional in his approach and made the experience a very good one.First class.
The only setback was the long period waiting for the valuer to value our home but this was done by a separate company.We feel that the valuation was somewhat undervalued in view of prices of similar properties in an area where houses are snapped up often before going on the market.But overall a very good experience.Thank you.

They may well be good at what they do,but I didn't appreciate their eagerness at calling me especially as I had not even finished completing the online form and with 189 reviewers giving only 1* and VERY unhappy I won't be considering Age Partnership at all !
