A reassuring helping hand.
From the very beginning of the process the Staff were most helpful. It was as if they were aware that I was apprehensive and went out of their way, without making me feel that I was an idiot, to ensure that I understood every step of the process. There was no "hard sell" just a desire to ensure that I knew what I was doing and what the ramifications were.
