I loved the flexibility of the online program, facilitating agenda management for whoever has travel obligations. But more than anything else, the opportunity to answer the question of starting my own business through the consultancy worth the effort of attending to the full program. I am thankful

I really enjoyed my experience at AFSM due to the supportive learning environment and engaging course work. The program provides strong foundation in business concepts such as leadership, strategy, finance and organizational management. The program includes real-world case studies that enhanced my understanding of business knowledge and acumen.

As an adult learner, you are given the freedom to express yourself, in general for all the modules and share your thoughts among your peers. The concept of the Consulting Project is great, as you are allowed to investigate an area in your workplace. This is like problem solving for your company and the findings can be used by the company.

Being very frank, this is not one of the most prestigious MBAs. If you are just looking for prestige, don't think this program is for you.
However, if you are a busy professional who is not willing to trade off a full year of career growth and spend $100K out of pocket on a business degree in hope of getting a promotion, then AFSM is a very good option.

With the online format, I was able to gain a massive base of professional skills and earn a UK Level 7 education while still working a full-time job; it's incredible.

But the most beneficial aspect of this program was the Conscious Leadership perspective. General MBAs are starting to get a little bit saturated; it's not that special anymore. But Conscious Leadership really makes you stand out. For me, this was a massive catalyst for starting in-depth conversations with high-level professionals. Not every company has a strong ethos and culture, but they all understand the value it brings to the table. When you are able to prove that this is still profitable, you gain trust. That is the real business currency.

Studying for my MBA at the Alfred Ford School of Management has been a truly transformative experience that went far beyond standard business theory. The flexibility of the online format allowed me to balance my professional commitments without sacrificing the quality of education.
