Refusal of Order Cancellation even though I notified them before i had even recieved a notification the item had been shipped
Ordered from them and tried to cancel my order very shortly after i purchased it (same day i sent an email and got a response the next day), they refused and said they were still going to send it out even though i explicitly said i wanted it cancelled and a full refund, they just want to try their hardest to keep your money rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. They hadn't sent any information about the order being in shipping at the time of my initial message and their response. Their customer support system is not to be trusted, as they do not care about their buyers in the slightest.
