My nightstand arrived damaged. I sent photos and got a canned email reply telling me they would deal with this in 3-5 days. What?

My order came quickly, and we could not have been happier with our new Crosley radio. It is great!

Ordered a beautiful bed ... it was delivered. The headboard had issues. Called it in they sent replacement out... took lil time.
Replacement received ... very slight markings, but acceptable.
Would I order again from them ... more than likely YES.

I order two end tables one cane in damaged took pictures and sent them to the email. Then I was email back that they were busy and don’t send but one email. No other calls or emails. These were expense tables. Not at all happy with this company!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - I ordered a bed for my son, with under the bed drawers, as shown on all pictures on the website. I should say that I purchased the bed because my boy wanted the drawers. When the bed was delivered, we got no drawers. Customer service then said, "drawers are not included" to get the drawers I had to pay extra. A manager reached out and said that because of the confusion, we could split the cost of the drawers.

This is unit was received promptly and in great shape. The cabinet is beautiful! This is the third piece of furniture I have ordered from AFA. Not only are their prices the lowest on the internet, but their website is easy to use, and I have always been satisfied with the product and customer service that I have received.

I would not recommend this company. I was willing to pay the extra fees for returning a chair and then I was told I had to have the original pkg. that it came in I had payed for white glove service so of course they had taken the box. BEWARE

I've purchased 3 items recently. First, the price is the most competitive. Shipping is mixed. My first item was released nearly a month after i bought it even though the website says it will be released in 3-5 days. The second item, purchased two days after the first item, arrived a month earlier than the first item. The last item, which came by FedEx, arrived in just seven days.
I complained about my first item and the delay in shipping. The protestations from Afa was ridiculous. Mary claimed they had done nothing wrong, even though I bought it on 2.7.26 and their email on 2.18.26 said it would ship in 3-4 days. I ultimately was delivered on March 27th. Yes, bought Feb 7th and delivered 48 days later. The credibility of their spokesperson was lower than poor.

Still, the price is unbeatable. Shipping is risky.

The box with the table legs arrived with large holes on the top and side covered by very thin clear tape. I touched it and my finger went through to the wood of the table leg. I carefully unpacked it, the stryofoam was crushed and went everywhere in the room. Amazingly the legs were ok, not even a scratch.
Next, it came with no directions, just a QR code that I can't use. which washer goes on first - I don't know.
