First, all I have done is make the order. That process was easy and smooth. Still waiting for it to be shipped, now 4 days after (won't ship until the 17th which is 8 days after). So not happy with your delivery process at all.

Taking too long to get my order delivered.

Once I bought the item, it was marked down.

The table looks great!! However, there is a def lean to the top. Decided to keep anyway. The table arrived within stated time. Thank you.

It's a beautiful piece. The front of the top drawer was loose, but I easily tacked it back on.

My experience with AFA stores was simple and good. The only drawback is the wait time on my order. But as soon as the back order was ready to go, it came in pretty quickly. I love my new chair chairs.

Easy delivery process

Received damaged rug, then received excruciatingly slow, chaotic support and an error-ridden dispute resolution process. Became a +2 month saga of the worst customer experience you could ever imagine. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

I ordered the Cathedral radio Cd player. It had a 4 month back order which I was totally fine with. It came in today, just a few days after I ordered it! I’m so wonderfully impressed! The cd player works great and is beautiful. I love the old world look of it. The communication with Afatores was amazing. I received numerous emails with updates about my order. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Thank you for clearing up my April 11th date for delivery of the “mirror only”. I never saw two separate dates for the mirror and the 3-pc bedroom set because there was no date set for the bedroom set yet.

Easy to order. Quick shipping & free delivery. Ordered 2 nightstands. One of the drawers doesn't close completely. Will need to take apart and see if we can make the correction. Not as heavy as expected for the price, but pretty (as seen online). Overall, good purchase.

The picture on the website was EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE. We did not get what we thought we ordered and they refused to refund or take it back. They are very difficult to work with and ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

I found the product I wanted for much cheaper than other websites, and shipping was super fast.
