I ordered a desk, nightstand and armoire/cabinet. I’m extremely happy with everything. The delivery and quality of the furniture is A+++

What followed was extremely disappointing. Instead of providing a proper solution, Coleman Furniture offered a $65 credit on a $2,000 purchase—which is not a reasonable resolution by any standard. I requested either a replacement or a fair adjustment, both of which were ignored.

They also mentioned picking the item up, but without a clear or completed resolution, such as a confirmed refund or replacement. After multiple attempts to escalate and speak with a manager, nothing was done.

I am now left with a damaged desk and no meaningful support from the company.

If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect accountability or a proper resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

The process of ordering my furniture was smooth and easy. The communication during the whole process was timely, informative, and helpful.

Upon receiving my recliner, I had a small issue with some folds in the leather from shipping. Jomer was very helpful with getting a furniture tech out to assist. It turns out that the real leather softened before the tech arrived, but he was able to greatly reduce the pleather fold on the back flap. Jomer's (and Joshua, too) assistance navigating that process was helpful and appreciated. And I love my new chair!

Great timing, got the furniture quick. Delivery was easily scheduled. Delivery men very nic, thorough and on time.

Chair looks great. Came well packaged with all the parts. Only problem was one screw was stripped on the end and certain parts were not labeled so had to reverse nce to get it put right.

Purchased a king size bed, two nightstands and a queen size bed from this company. It was my first time ordering from them. They were very instrumental in keeping you informed of the delivery process. From ordering to delivery, I was well informed. The gentleman who performed the set up were superb. I will definitely order from them again, not to mention the Ashley furniture I purchased from them at a fraction of what I would have paid in the store.

My experience with Coleman was horrible from start to finish.

1. On may/5/26 i orderd Chrissy Black Panel Bedroom Set for about $1800 and it took +40 days to deliver and when it arrived the crew had to take the dresser back for undisclosed reasons and it took another 15days for it to be delivered.

2. A couple of months ago, I started to notice that what I thought was some type of black wood in reality was a black sticker glued on a cheap board. I wish I could upload the pictures

Received 6 beautiful dining room chairs; very easy to assemble and look great with my current dining room table. One of the captains chairs arms did not fit appropriately; contacted customer service and they are sending out replacement arms, Customer service was amazing, I would definitely order from Coleman Furniture in the future. Thank you!

Easy to put together, all legs, screws and wrench included. Timely delivery. These chairs were as advertised on line!

From placing our order on line to delivery Coleman Furniture made the whole process quick and easy. The coffee table end tables and sofa table are even more beautiful than pictured. They were delivered in a timely manner and the delivery people were courteous friendly yet professional. We highly recommend Coleman Furniture and will definitely use them again.

Prices were competitive but most importantly the delivery and set up experience were great. My order arrived on schedule and the delivery guys were pleasant and accommodating. They really solidified the positive experience I had. (Don’t ever change your delivery service!!!!) The order was great there ended up with delay in delivery I called in worried due to my child having surgery but Coleman and the manufacturer Ashley’s worked together with delivery people and make it happened within 5 days and took that worried right away

My order could not be built because one of the pieces was missing holes drilled in it
