I received the totally wrong product in my order. I emailed customer service several times and never received a response. It feels like they take your money and then disappear.

Best c-beauty store in Australia!
It was all beautifully packed in the box, super securely too so I didn’t need to worry about product damage. All the products are genuine and great to use. Website was easy to navigate and I was kept up to date on my orders progress through email. 100% will buy from here again.

Great packaging
The shipping was pretty smooth however the packaging was the highlight. The box was sturdy and even has a faint fresh foral scent in the box to make you feel like you got a luxury package. They gave a generous full size lip product as a gift. Also since I bought concealers, it came with these tiny finger puffs, each per concealer which is nice.

Great place to buy Asian cosmetics online if you're in Australia
Got exactly what I wanted and at a great price. The lip glosses are the cheapest I've seen in Australia, and shipping was very quick. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely come back when the things I want have been restocked.
