The styler works fine and is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Results are decent, but not always consistent for my hair type. Customer support was helpful, though I feel there's room for improvement overall.

I’m genuinely impressed

I use it a few times a week and haven’t had any issues with performance or attachments. For something that gets this much use, I’m genuinely impressed with how it’s held up for the price point. Would recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID!

placed an order in July 2024 order came after a few weeks product was great, I was very happy so gave them a 5 star review keep this in mind for what’s to come.

I’m a mum and use this only to dry my hair maybe once a fortnight if that and randomly it started making a horrible concerning electrical noise, gave it benefit of the doubt I then went to use it a few weeks later and same noise this time it lost power smelt funny and sounded like it was going to explode I freaked out turned it off and haven’t used it since. Mind you it’s been so well looked after you wouldn’t even think it had been used.

I then looked my order up on shop app and obtained the contact email and let them know the fault and sent videos and asked where to proceed from here because it’s only been a year and they have an apparent “3 year warranty” two weeks go by no response I thought strange, so I went back into shop app to double check I sent it to the correct email.

What do you know my “order” has magically now disappeared from shop and no record of it? Strange huh. I messaged them on instagram they replied straight away when I initially ordered. No reply after I’ve messaged about the fault.

I resent my email from my other email address this is where I find my original email address that was associated with order BLOCKED. Strange I try calling the number and the mobile number I have associated with the order BLOCKED.

The 5 star review I gave when I first brought it.. DELETED??? why you ask? I do not know I’ve been nothing but polite in my interactions until I noticed they blocked me after asking about the fault.

Absolute joke of a company waste of money. Save yourself the headache, money, and safety and pay the extra for a Dyson from a company that has great customer service and actually helps and cares for customers.

I’ve done a charge back with my bank because Restla is appalling.

Oh If they do take the time to read this STFU I come with receipts so don’t tell me I’m lying.

Faulty on/off switch - email bounce back.

Purchased by my daughter in March and now in October the on/off switch doesn’t work. We have tried multiple emails but they bounce back. Have they shut down the company or just their email address. Good product just breaks after 6 months.

The product broke after about 20 uses over 6 months. Was assured that a replacement would be sent out. Have simce been ignored. Email address doesnt work. This is a scam. Dont buy !!!

Possible scam – no updates, invalid contact email

I ordered a $360 hair dryer from Restyla on October 4th with express shipping (2–4 business days), but I haven’t received any tracking number or shipping update. It’s now October 12th, and I’ve only received the initial order confirmation email. I tried contacting their email address that was sent in the confirmation email, but the email came back saying address not found. I’ve also noticed other customers mentioning similar issues and that the company might no longer be operating.

They have also blocked my email (original email went through, and now they have blocked me?)

I've been completely professional and kind - I am so disappointed in this Melbourne company! Don't buy from them.

Don't buy from them

My mum ordered a Restyla Air back in March 2025, but we still haven't received it. They also deducted $200 from her card, and even though the bank confirmed the charge, they denied it.

Pre-Order Disaster: No Delivery, No Honesty

I placed a pre-order thinking I’d receive my product within the timeline they promised. That was a joke.

Weeks went by—no product.

No real updates, just vague “delays” and copy-paste excuses.

Tried to get answers via email and social media—zero response.

Worst of all? They began deleting comments from anyone expressing dissatisfaction. Transparency? Absolutely not.

Cracked after first use - poor quality product

Unfortunately I got a bad one! Do keep in mind when ordering it is affordable so they are cheaply made. Mine cracked after the first use.

Unfortunately the team determined it had been dropped (which it hadn’t) and were not willing to assist further.

Christmas Eve and still no restyla arrived

*This review is an edit from my Christmas Eve review* The restyla has arrived and my daughter loves it. It works very well and she's having fun with all the new styles. So I would give the product a 5* review but as it arrived too late for Christmas despite ordering with more than enough lead time, can't give it 5 stars.
I’m unable to review the product as I haven’t received it as yet but it’s Christmas Eve and my order still hasn’t arrived despite reassurances that it would be here weeks ago. I’ve had timely (meaning I contacted them with ample time) contact with restyla and to their credit they at least answer my emails (they don’t answer their contact phone number) but I’ve just realized the answers are standard responses. They’ve now suggested in an email this afternoon, that if I downgrade my order and they will endeavour to get it to me by Christmas. It’s currently the afternoon of Christmas Eve. That’s not happening. So after ordering this product 2.5 months ago, my daughter will not be receiving this for Christmas.

Item not received

Ordered a restyla air 3.0 paid $308 on 24 November with the promise of 2-4 days express post. Now we are unable to find their pages, they don't reply to emails or instagram. Has anyone had the same problem or has anyone had luck contacting the company.

Article porté disparu depuis 2 mois

J’ai pré-commandé un article mi-octobre, qui devait être envoyé mi-novembre… A chaque fois que je contact le support, 2-3j d’attente pour une réponse, toujours la même : ouiiii, il y a des délais, mais dans deux semaines promis.
Bah on est décembre bien entamé et j’ai toujours rien reçu, même pas d’info sur ma commande, ils ne tiennent pas au courant, il faut aller leur arracher les infos…
Très très déçue, et je n’ai même pas pu tester leur produit… Je pense que je vais bientôt demander un remboursement, c’est pas possible de traiter les clients comme ça.

Nos stocks sont arrivés à l'entrepôt, mais nous subissons actuellement des retards dans l'emballage et l'expédition en raison du grand nombre de précommandes. Notre personnel d'entrepôt travaille 24 heures sur 24 pour s'assurer que toutes les précommandes soient expédiées dès que possible.

Would rate a zero if I could

So, seeing as Restyla are trying to have this review removed, let’s add some more information.

Firstly, I ordered my product on Wednesday the 16th of October, and then received my tracking through the shop app on the 17th of October.

By Monday the 21st of October, my package still hadn’t shipped, even though Restyla advertise 2 - 4 day express shipping. I sent through a chat through their website, an email, and an Instagram message on the 22nd.

They replied to all of my messages around 4:00 pm on the 22nd. Restyla advised that there was a delay in shipping and the order would be shipped next week as they had no stock. There was no communication about this, and why are they selling a product that they don’t actually have in stock?

As I had seen other reviews advising they had been told the same thing, I requested to cancel and refund my order. Restyla did exactly this.

Then without prompt or warning on Wednesday the 23rd of October at 7:56 pm, Restyla sent me a message calling me a fat *derogatory S word men use for a woman who sleeps around*, I quickly screenshot this as this is appalling behaviour, and then Restyla deleted this comment.

I’ve sent them back a screenshot of what they said to me so they can remember how nastily they treat customers.

No legitimate business operates this way, and they are quite obviously trying to take advantage of women. How disgusting.

Original review: Would rate a zero if I could, this is a scam, I asked for a refund and was called a fat *derogatory S word men use for a woman who sleeps around* by the company. Please do not buy from them.

* Trustpilot wouldn’t let me include the actual word, but I’m sure you can guess.

** Update to add, I have now sent through the screenshots twice to Reatyla. As stated (and ignored) in my review, they deleted their comment - they are clearly trying to deny this behaviour. Please don’t order from a company that has abused its customer for asking for a refund.

*** 19/11/2024 - Further update!
I received a notification that Restyla are now trying to claim that the review I posted was not about them, and instead about another company. Let me be clear, I am not confused about who called me slurs.

In addition, I sent them the proof of slurs twice and have received radio silence from them. They haven’t even apologised for the nasty things they’ve said to me. This really isn’t acceptable!

17/12 - Restyla emailed me an advised they’d been hacked by a competitor, and they’ll competitor is the one who messaged me apparently. I’ve seen other reviews stating that Restyla has advised they’d been hacked for other things, so not sure if this is actually true. Plus if a company keeps getting hacked, they should invest in better cyber security.

31/12 - Restyla are again trying to remove my review due to defamatory content, however, none of what I’ve said is untrue - so it’s just annoying that I have to go through trustpilot again. At this point it almost feels as though I am being harassed which is really sad.

Unfortunately, we did experience some delays in receiving the stocks for the Restyla Air 2.0 in White when it initially launched. However, all orders were shipped out immediately the following week as soon as the stocks became available.

We've also reviewed our conversation and we refunded you right away for the order as soon as you requested the cancellation. We also could not find any other emails from you regarding the negative response you mentioned.
