I have been trying to contact them regarding delivery and there is no way of contacting them I had pre scheduled the delivery and still no way of responding. Not via call or chat. This is highly unacceptable

Avoid this company at all costs – they are a scam!

I placed an order, selected a delivery slot, and even paid extra for delivery. Yet, 24 hours later, my order still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service is a complete joke – they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. The only way to reach them is by phone, and even then, you have to call five times and wait 10 minutes just to speak to someone. When they finally pick up, they just give empty promises, saying the delivery is on the way and that they’ll call back with updates. Of course, no one ever does.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. They are nothing but thieves!

POOR SERVICE

I ordered last Feb 10 to be delivered today, Feb 14 to make sure that my order will be delivered on time on Valentines Day. Its been hours, no item arrived. Upon reaching out to their customer service agent, they keep telling me that its out for delivery but hours passed still no sign of the items. DISAPPOINTED!!!

I WILL DEMAND A REFUND. VERY POOR SERVICE.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed my order a week before Valentine's Day, anticipating a busy period and hoping that ordering in advance would ensure my delivery arrived on time. However, not only was my order delayed, but when I reached out to customer service, I was met with continuous routing to different agents and no resolution to my concerns. As a first-time customer, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. The app also offered no assistance, and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing.

And they have the nerve to spam my inbox since Ive been asking where my order is

Do not waste your money on them Highly disappointed

Highly disappointed their quality is bad and the customer service is not helpful at all. I ordered a red velvet cake and received a Vanilla cake with an insect on it. I paid for the balloons which was not delivered.
I tried calling the customer care but the agent disconnected my call twice.! And there is no response on WhatsApp chat or email. When i posted a comment on Instagram they deleted it! they only keep the fake comments. And delete the original fedbacks from their social media platform

Very very disappointed

Very very disappointed! I’ve ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday, 2nd February, today is 6th of Feb. And nothing is happened. I siding receive even a proper answer from customer service. Not sure if we will get the item at all. Money is gone, birthday surprise is gone, motivation is gone…

Fungus ridden, poisonous Mithai sent and still no refund after 5 days

I ordered 57 dirhams worth Bhai Dooj gift for my brother to Noida, India. I wish a photograph upload was allowed to show its unbelievably horrendous condition. I asked for refund with return pick up. IGP first flatly refused and I ended up , during festivities, writing to and fro messages to get justice. After 2 days of hard work I was told they would refund my money but in reality 5 days have passed since then. Leave alone a refund, they have not responded to my mails asking for update. I sent 3 mails today and their customer service has not answered my polite update requests. THIS IS THE REAL FACE OF THIS COMPANY AND BELIEVE YOU ME I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY SINCE YEARS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I HAVE BEEN METED OUT FOR FIRST TIME COMPLAINT . Even this Rakhi baasi mithai was sent but I didnot complain but on Bhai Dooj all limits were crossed when 200gms of milk cake was fully fungus ridden and people could have gotten hurt. Instead they are holding on to my money NO SHAME BUT MONEY GRABBING. BEWARE. Their standards are falling day by day and instead of trying to compensate an aggrieved customer, they are harrassing me.

Update: finally got my refund today after going public with my experience.

Exceptional service

I visited website and I knew that their cake was amazing! I called them to arrange watermelon cake to surprise my friend birthday. I knew that my request is last minute and they didn’t have it in website. But Abdulrahman He is very helpful and kind, I am impressed with his service. coordinate to the team and chef to make my friend watermelon dream cake happened. Thank you chef and team Igp. Cake not just look good but the taste is very delicious!! I recommend to all my friends and family! Definitely will order it again.

If I could give it a zero star
They sent me a damaged rakhi and when I raised a complaint I was told it will replaced and its been 3 days I haven't heard from them. This is how they 'honor' and 'value' their clients. Don't even have proper replace/return policies.
