If I could give this company 0 start I would because they so useless can’t communicate properly with them. Promise calls back never get them. Delivered wrong order to wrong person and when told about it they kept lying saying person denied the delivery

Scammy, Dishonest, and a Total Waste of Time - AVOID THIS SITE

This website is a complete joke. I’ve ordered from them twice now, and BOTH TIMES they confirmed my order, let me wait for days, then suddenly told me they can’t deliver. What kind of business confirms something they clearly can’t provide?

The worst part? They still display those same items on their site as “available”. That’s not a mistake that’s straight-up lying to customers.
False advertising, fake confirmations, zero accountability.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s deceptive and shameless.

They’ve wasted my time, messed up my plans, and offered no real apology or solution.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this website.
I wouldn’t trust them to deliver anything, not even a basic level of honesty.

Never again!!!

Do not even think of using their service. Their customer care is a sham. I raised a complaint immediately upon delivery of a spoilt cake (which was also delivered late) and they are trying to prove that I did not raise any complaint despite me sharing screenshots of the emails sent immediately upon receiving the delivery. They have the audacity to tell you that you are lying and will make you feel that you are speaking to dead people. Stay away!!

Not even worth for single star.... as we faced worst experience . Order is placed, paid extra for fixed time but no confirmation on delivery and no confirmation of refund. Never ever order from this site.waste of money and waste of time.

I order flower 14th Feb and set delivery time 9:00 to 5:00 PM but when they not deliver contact through them only WhatsApp chat working and receive this response.
The order is being prepared and will be delivered soon.
Once 8:00 PM and no order deliver ask again and receive same response. I told them if not possible please inform than they said "Due to the occasion, we are dealing with a high volume of orders, so the team is trying to get the order delivered soon. Please allow us some time to prioritize the order for you." and when 12:00 AM and I ask again from now they not reply even today is 18th no one reply and no one refund my money. I already contact bank and FTC and raise complaints against them. These type of fraud business must be stop. I suggest everyone don't trust them they steel your money even support number show India.

I order on 13th on Valentines day! Order #14030559 - It's 18th, the order still didn't arrive. They said they have been calling me and I have received zero calls - shared my call logs / screenshots with these scammers. They have refused to refund and said we will still deliver and have been saying this for last 4 days. I regret using them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The joke of customer service!

Its been 2 days my package hasn’t arrived and i called them to cancel my order they just keep telling you to mail them and ofc which they do not respond at all. Even while calling you have to ring it many times waiting for more than 10-15 minutes.

These guys took my money promised…

These guys took my money promised delivery by 12pm on Valentines day. Nothing came 2 days later here I am complaining and chasing my 250 AED, sporadic emails that make no sense promising delivery that never turns up. Its a scam or they are unprofessional and not what your paying for. Avoid and buy from elsewhere!

Not bad but no service at all

I agree with most of the comments here. I made an order for Valentine’s Day and it still has not arrived. Like all other complaints I tried through their online chat, email and calling to no avail. No replies were forthcoming. Customer service is non existent. Till now I have no idea whether if and when my order will be delivered. Order number just in case they see this is 14025142.

Fake Company will never deliver your order, but takes your money with no problem

Not a real company, just a bunch of liars and thieves. I ordered with plenty of time and expected a Feb 14 Valentine delivery between 10-2 am and ensured me by phone it would be that same day when it didn’t arrive in that window. They still haven’t delivered anything and keep sending annoying, useless bot emails whenever I inquire about my order. I’ve sent numerous cancellation and refund requests and nothing is happening. You completely embarrassed me and ruined my Valentine’s Day.

Update: I’m going to contact the police in Dubai. It’s now February 18th and nothing has changed, The order was never delivered. Please don’t ever order from these SCAMMERS. They need to be closed down. This is ILLEGAL.

Look at their ridiculous bot reply below. How are they getting away with this?!

IGP is one big scam. They say they deliver your order but it’s not true. Customer service sends templates of the messages only and repeats themselves the same way. Stay away from them. They will take your money and that’s it!

Such a horrible customer service my partner has been waiting all day on valentines by herself, it’s currently nearly 10pm and was advised between 11am to 5pm and then when I called they said 7pm and then on WhatsApp they finally replied to say before 9pm and we are still getting no response, it’s so disheartening and as a florist business you should be prepared for Valentine’s Day or don’t take orders
