Very very poor experience. IGP India -cake Order got cancelled-without an explanation and no refund. No one is answering from the customer support as well. Such site should be black listed.

Had a plan to surprise my wife with flowers on our Anniversary. I usually order it from FNP, but somehow IGP came into my social media feed as i was browsing for flowers. Thought will try them once. Ordered a Bouquet with cake and a Message on the card which will make my partner know who sent it wihtout mentioning name. Paid extra for dedicated delivery slot I wanted my flowers to be the first when she wakes up. Not only did they not deliver on time, they dint even change the delivery slot in their tracking until after the delivery slot. I kept waiting. After 4 phone calls, given 3 different excuses finally it arrives 3 hours late. And guess what ? they forget the card. My wife keeps guessing who sent her this bourquet, and calls all her family members except me , asking if they sent flowers. IGP is unempathetic to any of this as its only money and business for them. They dint bother to reach me till date. I will make sure to spread share my expereince in all my social media circle and reccomend not to order with them.

Ordered flowers and chocolate hamper (order 16523666) in Dubai and paid AED 262 plus 15 extra for express delivery (one hour). After three hours, tried calling them, and either there was no reply, or the connection was so poor that it was difficult to understand what was being spoken. After another 45 mins, got an email saying that the hamper had been delivered, when it had not been! Tried calling, no response, have sent emails, no response. Do NOT deal with this company, or you will lose your money like I did. Update: their response states that the issue has been resolved...their "resolution" basically consists of stating that they have delivered the item...which they have definitely NOT done. I have escalated the issue to the UAE Consumer Council.

They took my money and agreed to deliver at 4pm, they didn't deliver. Once I contacted customer support they say they were still preparing at 5pm and then stopped replying, never delivered and then blocked my phone number when I tried calling them. It's a scam, do not buy from them. No option of refund either. worst online company

The worse experience ever, they don’t deliver your order and lie to you about being in production every time you contact them (they rarely even reply) and when you ask for a refund they block your number. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Use a different company they are terrible

This IGP company cheats customers and earn money. I made an order from Australia to India and spent a lot of money but I got cheated. They sent half items in my gift box and when checked with the customer care, she says the items were out of stock thus they couldn't keep full items, but do they have shame to say, they collected full amounts from the customers and send half. They sent a bouquet which is dried and which has to go in the bin. Idiots stop cheating customers and stop this business if you can't handle. See other companies how good and correct they send the parcels. The call center people after listening to our complaint they bloudy cut the call. Shame on this company for cheating customers. Fraud.

I tried this company for the first time ever, and will be the last. I ordered two items from UK to be delivered in Amritsar... one to be delivered today 05/09/25 and another due 06/09/25, and yet nothing is even been scheduled for delivery. I contacted customer services several times to get confirmation on when the order will be delivered, I keep on getting told soon and had to wait hours to get a response. How this company even operating? You are in shambles, and scamming money from people when you cannot deliver. The order and tracking application has information which doesn't appear to be true. Get your self sorted or stop this bogus company

IGP is not trustworthy. I placed an order and after cancellation, they did not refund my money even after repeated follow-ups. and nothing has been resolved. Beware before ordering – they do not care about customers once payment is taken.”

I have been chasing and on WhatsApp been fobbed off saying my Rakhi order is delivered but till date it’s not delivered.
It’s 10 days post rakhi festival and I have had no response on email query either and it’s very frustrating and disappointing!

It's a scam website!! They don't respond to call and email. I paid extra for express delivery but the order is not delivered!! Even if I am chasing them, no one is responding. It's scam website.
Very poor service . Not one person was available to attend to calls / messages . No use selecting time slot as they delivered late at night 11 pm . Horrible disappointing service . Even the sweets in rakhi pack put were much below usual standards
